Can’t Wait.Romney is having a roundtable with seniors at a college in Ohio. Can’t wait to compare and contrast those pics with the ones from Iowa, UC, and UNC.

    ——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————-
And here they come: Fox News poll Obama, Romney tied at 46——

Fox, The last bastion of real American apple pie journalism, the network who decides where to place countries on maps (FCUK Wikepedia), the Peabody of inserting quotes into Democrats’ mouth, the esteemed panel of nitwits, braindeads, and Sarah Palin…

    From the poll:

Meanwhile, being a working mom is seen as tougher than being a stay-at-home mom by 49-29 percent. And being a stay-at-home mom is
seen as a tougher job than being a political strategist by 60-25 percent.

    * That sound you just heard, was Ann (and Mitt) Romney clutching their pearls. *

Seniors as in college seniors or seniors as in elders? I hope they all are carefully vetted this time so he doesn’t get a reprise of what happened with the folks in PA.

Nope, as in the elderly. It’s just such a stark contrast with the President.

How can a man look like POTUS does and he’s not even trying to upset someone’s blood pressure. He has NO CLUE as to the effect he has on someone. Then he opens his mouth and becomes an even better human being with the compassion and intelligence of…..I am at a loss for words…..

It’s like they cropped the top half of him and put it on a lady’s bottom parts! For an automaton, he’s got a great female figure. Good for him. That’s the nicest thing I can say about him. Watched part of CBS Evening News tonight. Switching between Rev Al and CBS. It seems that SB1070 was agreed to by none other than Justice Sonya Soto Mayor. (SP). Profiling is okay..WTF! The problem with the law it seems, employers should be prosecuted under SB1070 but the court says only the workers can face jail time.

Chip, love, the last part of PBO’s RS interview is so magnificent, it actually brought me to tears. You think you can give it a special post, so it’ll be easier to spread around? I just think that this is so-so-so good:

“You generally don’t hear in the press about what goes right, but you do hear it from the people who were impacted by it. I tell you, not a day passes where somewhere, somehow, I don’t hear about something we’ve done that’s really touched somebody directly. Somebody writes and says, “I’m 25 years old, and because of health care reform, I was able to stay on my parents’ plan and ended up getting a checkup, and it turned out that I had a tumor and it was caught early, and I just want you to know that treatment is going well, and I really think this health care bill saved my life.” Or you’re in a rope line and somebody says, “I know you’ve been criticized because a lot of folks have had their homes foreclosed on, but your housing program actually helped me stay in my home, and it’s made all the difference in the world.”

There’s an incredible generosity and recognition from people that these are tough times. It reminds you of what an incredible privilege it is to occupy this office. You’re touching people on a day-to-day basis, and sometimes you don’t even know it.

My hair is grayer, and obviously you get dinged up and bruised in this job. But my confidence in the American people is stronger than it was when I came into office, and my determination to do right by them and make sure that every morning, I wake up trying to figure out, “How do I improve their prospects?” That determination burns brighter than it did back in 2008″.

The college student whose picture with PBO at The Sink went viral all over the world was just on Rev. Al and she was such a sweetheart. She said such nice things about PBO. Said she was so starstruck all she could do was ask for a picture and tell him he smelt good. Said all her friends are jealous and she’s so happy she got to see PBO. Here’s an article about the event.

And of course the WHCD is Saturday, I just watch it to see POTUS and FLOTUS. Do you think Donald trump will be back this year?

It probably won’t be on WH.gov since campaign events aren’t affiliated with the WH. I’m sure it will be on CSPAN.

      • April 25, 2012 at 7:30 pm

Since it’s a campaign event, I doubt that it will be on WhiteHouse.gov None of his campaign videos have ever been put on the Whitehouse site.

Did you guys see where Rev. Al were talking about the right wingnuts claiming to be upset because the President is going on these comedy shows. That pill popping fat ass Limbaugh were running his flap, and those three idiots from some FOX morning show were criticizing the President, but Rev. Al showed were Mitt was on Letterman show and the idiots were laughing. They can’t deal with the fact that POTUS is a natural, he is a superstar who acts like a regular person, so is FLOTUS, but when Mitt is on the shows, he’s the tin man.

So Romney says he should be congratulated for being rich aka sucessful. Romney is going to appeal to the 1%. We all like to think we will be rich, and that is some of the appeal of the republican party. But, most of us will be sucessful in our lives without being rich. Most of us don’t even equate true sucess and certainly not happiness with just a big bank.

I will say tweety aka Chris Mathews is quite unhappy with Robme and all his congratulate me for my wealth talk. It’s plain Robme does not get it. Yes he is rich, no he should not apologize for it, but you are trying for president of the United States. You need to at least talk a good game of being able to empathize with people. Give them a reason to like you, and be able to see themselves making a connection with you. Hahahaha, I just thought of 2008, where it was soooooo important for you to be able to have a beer with the leader of the free world. Willard could not even handle himself with a few republican supporters at a picnic table with lemonade and cookies, let alone look approchable yet presidential with a mug of beer in hand!

Can you image if he’d had someone spill yorgurt on him…how small would he have tried to make that poor girl feel or how corny would his small talk have been. The dude just cannot relate, let alone inspire for greater things or trust.
