Once again, he made me so proud. This is a president who believes in getting s**t done and keeping his word.

Yes it was. And I love the photo of President Obama and Elie Wiesel embracing. There is a special bond between them. Very touching.

Yes, Ladyhawke, I wrote that in my journal about that observation. Powerful speech.

So many thoughts spoke to my heart. These were some of them: “Remembrance without Resolve is a hollow jesture.” President Barack Obama.2012.

Another one: “Awareness without Actions tell us Nothing.” President Barack Obama. 2012.

Howard Fineman sez that PBO is not going to run on his record? Where did you get that from Howard? Why not Howard? And what has PBO been doing so far? Every campaign fundraiser that this President has given goes into long detail about “This is what CHANGE looks like.” Isn’t that running on his RECORD Howard?

His ” Sources ” probably told him….. I think they are all named ” Harvey “

Coward Fineman should be ignored. I can count on one hand, minus 5 fingers and a palm, the number of times he was right about anything concerning PBO. That douche is an erroneous hackbag.

I am looking forward to the morning after we reelect President Obama. The msm won’t know what to do with themselves.

See, thats the thing that irks me about this whole thing. That Barack Obama can’t run on his record. I mean, first you had Republicans from Congressmen to pundits saying he can’t run on his record. Then, you have Mitt Romney saying he won’t run on his record. Now, its a damn symptom with the media. Shouldn’t Barack Obama decide that he will or won’t run on his record? Second of all, as Hopefruit noted above, he HAS been running on his record. I haven’t heard one speech where he doesn’t do so. Seems to me that the Republicans, for all their hackery about “The Obama Record” knows that the record amassed over the past three years is very powerful. Even more remarkable, seeing how the GOP obstructed nearly all of it. So, this is a way to get Barack Obama to run from his own record by the media. It won’t work.

I should know better and not watch that stupid show of his…..as usual Howard Fineman p******* me off. The President won’t run on his record?,…as if….why the hell not? He accomplished miracles dealing with an insane opposition and Blue Dogs…..
Fineman is so ridiculous……the really annoying thing is that he’s always there, whatever show, on Hardball, Lawrence, whatever……the genius Fineman with his imaginary sources.

        Of course…to top it all…

Matthews with his crazy ”let me finish” comment…..so the President is not leading now….again!…..Crisis right left and sideways……oh whatever.

My comment to Tweety’s awful thoughts on his”Let Me Finish” is this Tweety: Let Us Finish With You, We Will Win on Nov.6, 2012. Now you finish that on your “Let Me Finish on Nov.7,2012.”

Tweety, we have chosen to not expose our intellectula ears , minds, and souls to your spews of ;trash thoughts’ about our President. We know the President is leading, is presence, and shows up exactly when he needs to.

Tweety, STHU and go take a long nap and leave us alone. That is my word to you and your play ground mate, ‘My Sources Tell Me.”HZ

What gets me is that the GOP know that the President’s record is awesome, so I don’t know why they’d act like it isn’t. Maybe it’s some kind of psycho nonsense? Either they are trying to convince the media and Public that what they hear when the President starts speaking In the general should be interpreted as the opposite, or they’re trying to direct how the media covers the record. Either way, it’s stupid.

        • April 23, 2012 at 9:53 pm

Take your enemy’s strength and try to make it into a weakness. You know his record is strong, so tell people over and over again it isn’t. Of course this plays to the extreme right AND the extreme left.

So now Ed Schultz is claiming that PBO has an enthusiasm gap among young people, comparing stats from April 2008 to April 2012, and drawing conclusions from the different numbers, namely that PBO is suffering an “enthusiasm gap” and Romney might have an opening. What an ARSE! Doesn’t Ed realize that in April 2008, the Democrats were in the middle of a high-intensity primary between Hillary and Obama?!?!? Right now PBO is uncontested, and the heat of the general election hasn’t really started yet! So of course the young people aren’t as engaged as they were four years ago. But that will change in a few months..I urge Ed to check back after the DNC convention in September and tell me that young people aren’t engaged. I urge Ed to check out the long, long lines whenever PBO is in town – right now there’s a line at the UNC for PBO’s speech tomorrow.

Romney does NOT have an opening.

Oh yes, because if you’re a young person, nothing can be more exciting than a stiff 65-year old man who is so uncomfortable with himself he can’t tell a joke or make small talk and puts people to sleep.

Much appreciation, C, for covering Obama’s visit to the Holocaust Museum. I cannot read all your articles but I thank you for posting them.
