He looks refreshed in these pictures – and about 15 years younger in picture #3. So sweet!

I thought the same thing … that he looked rested and cool.
That’s good, he’s going to need all the rest possible for the all trolls on his case, until November.

My President is YUMMAH! Look at all those smiles of admiration behind him in the first pic! This CANNOT be faked. This is real; it’s automatic; it’s visceral; It’s inspired.

Thank you so much for having this speech here, Chips. I too, sat and shed tears of emotions that so much history, compassion, and humanity of the hightest humility accompanied our great President there today to share with the world a message to last for generations to come. What a gift we have in this beautiful human being. Thank you, Mr. President.

I so appreciated the diginity, composure, humanity, and gratefulness of Elie Wiesel to our President, Barack Obama. What great love in this wonderful man’s heart that exudes the sweetness of love and caring with grace as he introduced the President of the United States of America. What a moment in these times of our history. Thank you, Mr. Elie Wiesel. We saw your love for your President. Thank you.HZ

That blue #18 Obama gear looks like a big onesie. Can someone who knows about football explain?

    • April 23, 2012 at 5:18 pm

All I will say is that if there was a picture of him wearing that uniform, this would be a male only site for the next several days, until all you ladies were out of intensive care.

japa21, That’s why he’ll just try it on for FLOTUS,…..Mrs. Obama. The ladies will just have to use their imagination. No intensive care, we need everyone well for November 6th. And please ladies don’t let your imagination go wild on you and you dream of that flip flopping liar with the onesie on..

Warren Buffett Will Host Obama Campaign Fundraiser in Omaha
    ‎

    Mother Jones (blog)

    —By Andy Kroll

    | Mon Apr. 23, 2012 12:38 PM PDT

Warren Buffett, the billionaire investor and philanthropist who lent his name to President Barack Obama’s proposal to raise the tax rate on the wealthy, will host a fundraiser for the president on Tuesday at the Omaha Hilton. First Lady Michelle Obama is scheduled to attend, as is Susie Buffett, Warren’s daughter and a prominent philanthropist.

A Obama campaign official told Mother Jones that approximately 200 people are slated to attend the event. Despite Buffett’s standing as one of the world’s richest persons, the event is not for only the top 1-percenters. Tickets start at $250 a person. The money raised will go to the Obama Victory Fund, the president’s main re-election war chest.

I like these smiley happy guys. The ‘Bama team was so unsmiley last week. I like to see President Obama at these events. Of course I like to see him at every kind of event. 🙂 But he seems to really enjoy these. He loves his sports. I just had a horrible image of Willard trying to do one of these ceremonies. He would stumble and stutter around, look real uncomfortable and say that jersey looks so ugly, looks like it came from K Mart or 7-11 or something. We’re going to save him from that embarrassment and pain.

Seriously Media? CNN and NBC Whine about Obama’s Negative Campaign against Romney

    By: Jason EasleyApril 22, 2012

    —————————————-

The Republicans have been pushing the lie that Obama ran the most negative ads in 2008 as a way to justify Romney’s endless negative blitzkrieg, but the truth is that Obama and McCain ran about the same number of negative ads in 2008, and the president ran more positive ads than his Republican opponent. So far in 2012, the Obama campaign has used most of their advertising to tout the growing economy and mobilize his grassroots. There has been little negativity from the Obama campaign.
    .
    .
For the media to accuse the Obama campaign of having any role in the negative tone of the 2012 campaign is not only deeply biased, but it is also foolish. People aren’t stupid. Judging from Mitt Romney’s low approval ratings they understand where then negativity is coming from, even when CNN and NBC don’t want them to.

I need to email CNN, I mean TeaNN and NBC and tell them to go talk to Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum and ask them about all the negative ads from Mitt Romney and his supporters. They flooded the airwaves with negative ads, and Mitt have been going negative against the President for months and months. So NBC and TeaNN need to go straight to hell, who owns NBC and TeaNN, are they Republicans?

Looking GOOD, Mr. President, and so are all those awesome young men — the best and brightest.

Somehow, I just can’t see Willard getting his weird, stiff ass into a Heisman pose. 😆

      REPUBLICAN JOB CREATION (March 12, 2012 – March 30, 2012)

      This is an absolute disgrace.

      —————————————————-

3-12-2012: Last Friday, March 9th, members of the House attended a hearing in Saranac Lake, NY, to discuss a farm bill. No jobs were created.

On Monday, March 12th, the House has scheduled a single hearing on (Are you ready?) “Explosion of Federal Regulations Threatening Jobs and Economic Survival in the West”… in Elko Nevada. DAMN those regulations! No jobs were created.

3-14-2012: The House is in another recess until Tuesday, the 20th of March. (In case you don’t know, the GOP wrote this schedule. It was designed to ensure that as little legislation would get done as possible.) No jobs were created.

3-19-2012: The House is theoretically in session. They’re back in Washington but nothing much is scheduled this week except for hearings. They might as well be painting their bedroom’s black and listening to Led Zeppelin albums. No jobs were created.

3-21-2012: On Monday, the 19th, the House was called to order at 4PM. They then spent the next four hours arguing a bill that would allow Israeli nationals to receive nonimmigrant visas. No jobs were created.

On Tuesday, the House convened at Noon. The GOP spent the balance of the day trying to steal a Virginia park to fence to their industrialist buddies. No jobs were created.

3-23-2012: For the past two days the House has been debating H.R. 5, the “HEALTH” bill, which is actually about tort reform. No jobs were created.

3-26-2012: The House took last Friday off. No jobs were created.

3-28-2012: The House debated FCC transparency, baby monitors, and a transportation bill but nothing of note passed. No jobs were created, either.

3-30-2012: The House voted to end Medicare, again, but at least they signed a 90-day extension to the transportation bill. No jobs were created.

    Afternoon/evening guys.

Well it seems my sister is planning to move back home to NOLA in June. So that would leave me alone in DFW except for the youngest who’s “away at college” so she doesn’t count 😦

But some good news, I just found out my Louisiana pro-license has been reinstated. I am now officially licensed to work in the state of Louisiana as a CLS-G(generalist). Now I just need to find a good paying job. None too soon too. My current hospital in under some stressful circumstances round now. The whole hospital in under inspection and the fear of the regulators/inspectors has been put in us all. We are kinda bascially being told, that the people who will be inspecting us have been known to shut whole laboratories down based on minor deficiencies…which would be bad, bad bad.

Still waiting to hear from the last job I applied for. The job application was closed to submissions on the 18th, now it’s just a wating game. I’m not waiting though, I’ve already applied to 2 other jobs, so I’m keeping it on and popping.

    • April 23, 2012 at 5:23 pm

Never stop applying. Once a few years ago when I was going through an extended unemployment period, I was told that even when you get a job offer you keep looking, just more passively.
