    Morning, Chips? how you doing?

  2. March 2, 2012 at 8:01 am

“because…I feel like this whole thing is just a dream.”

My goodness, I so concur with that precious little girl. Sometimes I just can’t believe we really got so lucky having this President and this First Family for our country.

    Oh, good morning TOD family!

  3. March 2, 2012 at 8:02 am

    Morning Chips. Morning everyone.

Remember last night the story about bomb at Rushbo’s house. All a farce. My local news here in Florida just reported that it was an “innocous” package sent to Rush by one of his own listeners. Nothing there. Zero.

After his nastiness, he’s not that important.

    • March 2, 2012 at 8:09 am

Ah, I assumed it was a pathetic publicity stunt, Limbaugh trying to show eveyone how hateful and dangerous these ‘lefties’ are, and how they’re threatening his precious life. So, that’s kind of what it was. What a vile man. Thanks Africa.

Good morning Chips and TOD! Thanks to Lunar Sea and Betsey for that marvelous poster idea and Photoshop job 🙂

  5. March 2, 2012 at 8:14 am

WOW! That photoshop is amazing! TOD is so full of incredible geniuses, sometimes I feel guilty getting this wealth of info and insight from all of you, when I basically haven’t much to offer back except for mega appreciation, love and thanks to all of you. You are simply the most terrific bunch in the world, with Chipsticks on top. I just LOVE you all so much from the bottom of my heart!

That image is iconic, a symbol of our President literally elevating the world with his high moral standards to be the best it can be. Beautiful!

  6. March 2, 2012 at 8:18 am

In case any of you missed it from last night’s thread, HZ posted this:

Good Night desertflower. I am with you on Rachel. She made my heart move faster than one of my attacks, so I had to let her go when she got on POB about the parade thing. She pisses me off when she goes on about it. I wish she would let it rest and honor the call of the Pentagon and POB . He shared with Bob Woodruff last evening his feelings when Bob asked the question of him. I respect his decision and the Pentagon’s.

She could really get the viewers that she wants, if she had taken her call into another level of how we all could respect our troops’ returning. This could be “A Country Showing Appreciation.” Then when all is home, we can have a parade.

I could see towns and cities all over the country having a “date night” for our troops and their spouse. Invite our local eateries in each state to donate their restaurants, lounges, music halls, theaters, concert halls to open up for one night with everything on the house. Then her viewers could donate a dinner, movie tickets and dinner, basketball game and dinner, broadway show and dinner, Sunday Brunch with family, town picnics with town and city halls sponsoring the food and entertainment for a weekend.

Beauty salon and spa treatments for family, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, cable companies, donating repair service for homes that have been neglected because of spouses were not able to be home to make some much needed repairs. Gutter cleaners service donated. Companies donated shopping sprees for clothing for the families for the spring. Some families may need a new automobile to get around, so have car dealers go in together and give out a limited number of cars for those needed families.

Sat. breakfasts and a gift from their our local hardware stores, local Macy’s to get a gift for the house, bed and bath gift baskets for their homes, furniture stores donating a home furnishing piece, local water companies picking up a two three month water or gas bill, grocery stores donating 250.00 dollars of groceries for a year, a car mechanic repair for a family car of at least 500.00, a retailer donating home appliances for the families, etc. School supplies and bookstores donating books and supplies for a year to each family. Enrollments for students in a sport, a year of piano lessons, dance lessons, healthy cooking classes from famous chefs a duration of time, donating musical instruments and lessons for 1 full year to children who have not been able to do so because mom or dad were away fighting for us.

Anything that would lighten the load for the family readjusting into the family’s home again with new and durable goods and services. Cleaning service for a home for a month. Phone service for at least two months, a computer for the family with internet service for a year. And the list could go on and be generous. These brave men and women were generous with their lives in their commitment to keep us safe. It may sound way out there, but nothing is way out there when you put your life on the line over and over in duties daily for all of us. Really., Yes, really.

She is smart and many times good, but she is too ‘in your face’ on this one,and I do not like that type of attitude. It gets on my nerves. I just want her to back off. Encourage a nation to get involved at this point to help and give back where it really counts. Then we can all step back and have our wonderful parade for all of our service/men/women when they All are finish.HZ

OMG. We’re on the very same wavelength…I was going to bring HZ’s amazing thoughts over here this morning as well. I just read that comment, I hadn’t seen it last night, I had gone to bed. When I read that this morning, I had a lightbulb moment. What a wonderful and thoughtful idea. We can make this happen. I know we can. I think that we should add to the ideas, and figure out how to best implement them in our own cities and towns….

See what you’ve allowed here, Chips? OMG. It takes my breath away.

      • March 2, 2012 at 8:30 am

Desertflower, I might have completely missed HZ’s comment if it wasn’t for the replies from you and Hopefruit that showed up on my comment timeline thingie. I know it’s easy for me to sit back filing my nails and say ‘this should be easily done’, but it really could be. I don’t know, maybe even start up a Twitter/Facebook campaign urging businesses, large and small, to get involved in this by donating services/products to military families? What do you think?

          March 2, 2012 at 8:34 am

Great idea. I think that we should all put our collective heads together and get suggestions on how to make this happen…I think that HZ should send this to Rachel…word of mouth like she can bring, and a shot across the bow showing her how narrow minded she’s been…might be a good thing 🙂 Just sayin’ 🙂

        • March 2, 2012 at 12:58 pm

That is exactly where this should go… Those to powerful women can get the momentum behind this which it deserves, and HZ will be called upon to the White Hose for lunch with the First Families, an honor she truly deserves! America Stands Together For Veterans.

          March 3, 2012 at 12:26 am

Pamela that is such a sweet thought, however, I would rather give (if we ever got it) give that beautiful gift to our Chipsticks. That would thrill my heart so much. I have been given the opportunity to be in some very special places in my lifetime, but I always like the non-attention in these matters. My heart fills with pure simple joy to make so many others happy.

I enjoy seeing happiness. I enjoy giving goodness to peoples lives, and I enjoy seeing families happy with their children and parents, especially when they have given so much for me and for others. I just love to love people.HZ

This is fantastic! A parade is a nice idea, and it will happen when the troops say it should happen. But these suggestions from HZ will actually help the troops, and will last longer than a parade. And they won’t need to actually march… I’m definitely in for getting the word out – what fantastic and impressive and heartwarming ideas. I think these acts would actually make the troops and their families feel appreciated.

Lunersea that is brilliant! Good Morning TOD!

Let’s see went to the phone bank last night – many people so enthusiastic for PBO but isn’t it true it’s always the one that sticks in your head that is “disappointed”. I was just feeling like, dude you gotta stop listening to KO and reading greenwald and all those guys. Tried to get him to come to a house party but he was having none of it. He wanted to be in his own ‘PBO didn’t get to my personal list fast enough’ world. So I thanked him for his support (cuz he’s still going to vote for him) and said goodnight.

Other than that things are looking up! I saw Judith F had made a comment asking me where I am team leading a few posts back – st paul mn judith. stuff is moving right along. I’m hoping I have more time to spend here and on twitter – I’ve been so freakin busy but I think that TOD and Twitter make for a good combo to push messages to people.

OK I’m at work so back I go……nice and quiet……

    (later) 😉

I always thought this song described PBO to a tee, and then after viewing Janelle stating the same thing—-never too high, never too low—-I was just floored. She is just the cutest, prettiest young lady, and very smart for supporting the “Best President Ever” 😀

Hey edp4bho you can embed a youtube video here by copying the url of the video that appears in your address bar at the top of the computer. If you use that one and then come to to TOD and paste it, it will pop up as video instead of a link and everyone can easily watch it. 🙂

and these are the people who have the nerve to be yelling about ‘ voter fraud’.
doesn’t make me wonder……they wanted to cook the contests for Willard

    March 01, 2012

    Why So Sloppy?
The Republican presidential campaign has been one of the sloppiest in memory.

Mitt Romney was declared the winner in Iowa until several days later miscounted votes were “found” which put Rick Santorum ahead. Romney was named the victor in Maine without all caucus votes counted because they were “lost” in someone’s email. Now, the Michigan delegate count was changed two days after the primary either due to sloppiness, ambiguity in the rules or a backroom power play.

    It sure makes you wonder.

    • March 2, 2012 at 9:01 am

This is why they’re always calling ‘voter fraud’, because THEY do it. It’s always projection.

    • 113 Obama Grandmama
      March 2, 2012 at 12:48 pm

All the craziness going on in the GOP Primary contests makes me nervous with the voter suppression laws passed in so many GOP run states. I worry that election fraud will be rampant this time around, especially since those GOP Governors and congresses have been enacting these bills since they got dominance in 2010.

    Barack Obama, Human

First he’s hot, then he’s cool:

Jesse Singal watches the above clip while thinking about Romney:

Sure, Obama doesn’t quite come across as Just Some Guy, but have you ever seen Romney look anywhere close to this natural? Does he ever come across as someone who is simply shooting the breeze about a subject he enjoys? No, and it matters in an election, because of course there’s something to all the old dumb Bush cowboy stuff, in the sense that voters need to feel a sense of connection to a candidate.

    A reader adds:

I think Obama is having fun these days. After Santorum calls him a snob and Romney tries to boost his Average Joe sportsfan cred by talking about his NASCAR owner friends, Obama brings in a sports journalist known as the Sportsguy (can’t make this up) and enthusiastically and effortlessly talks about the three major American sports, while dropping names and lingo and playfully bragging about his own game (like the cross-over he did on Chris Paul). Obama the sportsfan is nothing new, but still – he is absolutely toying with his opponents here.

The CFTC can’t implement the measures in Dodd-Frank to address high gas prices and speculation because they are being sued by Wall Street in federal court. Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi mentioned this in her press conference yesterday. It’s been fascinating to watch the mainstream media salivating as the GOP ratchets up their fake outrage about high gas prices and never mention how/why the CFTC is being blocked from addressing the issue.

    Speculators and Commodity Prices—Redux

    Commissioner Bart Chilton

    February 24, 2012

On March 16, 2011, I spoke to an industry group concerning the impact of speculative activity on commodity prices. Eleven months later, I’m still talking about it, and saying almost precisely the same thing. Speculators are necessary liquidity providers to our markets, and while they perhaps are not driving prices to uneconomic levels, they certainly have an effect on prices—above and beyond where they might otherwise go—and American consumers and taxpayers are shouldering that burden.

President Obama spoke about rising gas prices yesterday. You can’t turn on the television or the radio without hearing about record high gas prices, and yet the CFTC has not yet been able to implement Congressionally-mandated position limits to put the brakes on excessive speculation in oil and other commodity markets. Meanwhile, trade associations representing Wall Street interests have sued us in federal court in order to impede our imposition of position limits.

So, I find myself repeating—and repeating—the same message: it’s high time to kick it in gear and use the one tool we have to appropriately address high oil and gas prices.

    Hello Everybody:

Question: Does jobs data come out today?

    • 170 Linda
      March 2, 2012 at 9:48 am

Not today….next friday because of the way they calculate it.

The “reference week” is the week that includes the 12th of each month, which usually puts the report’s release date on the first Friday of the following month.

However, due to the vagaries of the calendar, that’s not always the case. This time around, the 12th occurred on a Sunday, pushing the “reference” Friday to February 17, and the release date to March 9.

Slut-Shaming To Become Official GOP Talking Point?
    By Ed Kilgore

When I mocked a droolingly ignorant column by CNS’ Craig Bannister suggesting women supporting a contraception coverage mandate were having too much sex, I felt a little cheap. Clearly, Bannister was some marginal antediluvian crank who only existed as link-bait for hard-pressed progressive bloggers who needed a easy post now and then.

Little did I know Rush Limbaugh would pick up the same bizarre line of attack and repeat it—nay, raise it to even higher levels of toxic absurdity—for (at least) two days. Given Rush’s status as He Who Must Be Obeyed on the right (remember then-Chairman of the RNC, Michael Steele, having to apologize to Limbaugh for daring diss him back in 2009?), we’re getting dangerously close to a moment when the “subsidizing sluts” argument for opposing the contraception mandate will become mandatory for the GOP presidential field.

What bothers me most is that Rush’s regular listeners must love this stuff, or he wouldn’t keep it up. And don’t tell me it’s all a shuck: anyone who finds this sort of crap hilarious probably enjoys tormenting small children and stray animals.

In fact, what’s perhaps most interesting is the fact that Americans are significantly less apt to blame anybody for the high gas prices than they have been in the past. When the same question was asked in 2005 and 2006 as gas prices rose, Americans were much more prepared to play the blame game.

When gas prices rose in September 2005, 28 percent blamed President Bush, 36 percent blamed the oil companies, and 18 percent blamed Middle Eastern countries. Only 10 percent couldn’t find anyone to blame.

Today, despite gas prices being even higher than back then, those numbers have fallen significantly, and nearly one-quarter of Americans couldn’t muster anyone to blame.

After more than two years of frustrating fits and starts, the U.S. economy is showing signs of moving onto firmer ground.

A host of reports Thursday underscored that point, as well as the perils that persist.

The number of Americans filing initial claims for government unemployment benefits has fallen to levels last seen before Lehman Brothers collapsed, the Labor Department said. The stock market, a leading indicator of growth, is off to its best start this year since 1998 and notched more gains Thursday. Meantime, consumer confidence has reclaimed ground lost last year, and another report showed that income growth …

    * Rush Limbaugh helping Dems tar GOP as anti-woman: Steve Benen notes that Limbaugh’s derision of Sandra Fluke as a “slut” and his call for Georgetown women to “put as much aspirin between their knees as possible” will only help Dems use the contraception issue to drive women away from the GOP.

As Steve notes: “Behold, the most influential voice in Republican politics.”

all four significant Republican presidential candidates still standing are fiscal phonies. They issue apocalyptic warnings about the dangers of government debt and, in the name of deficit reduction, demand savage cuts in programs that protect the middle class and the poor. But then they propose squandering all the money thereby saved — and much, much more — on tax cuts for the rich.

And nobody should be surprised. It has been obvious all along, to anyone paying attention, that the politicians shouting loudest about deficits are actually using deficit hysteria as a cover story for their real agenda, which is top-down class warfare. To put it in Romneyesque terms, it’s all about finding an excuse to slash programs that help people who like to watch Nascar events, even while lavishing tax cuts on people who like to own Nascar teams.

On the Sponsor front for the “Rush Limbaugh” Show, I have contacted two of the businesses that I use. Geico, I sent an email and did get a personal response. They do not engage in politics and explained that AD Buys are done nationwide. They also believe in “The First Amendment”.

Domino’s also got an email this morning. In the 70’s the started making a Vegetarian Deluxe Pizza. I have been ordering from them for decades. I let them know this morning that I will no longer be using them. I used to order more for Sports functions for the school I was employed by. They know this fact too.

    • March 2, 2012 at 10:46 am

Drat! That was coming, Donna, I had warnings about two copyright infringements, so one more and I was told I was gone – and this is it! The funny thing is that some music companies allow their songs be used in YouTube videos, they just put an ad for the song on iTunes beside it. The problem is it seems impossible to find out which companies allow their music to be used. So, I tested the Bruce Springsteen/’We Care Of Our Own’ video on my ‘unlisted’ channel and it was fine – the iTunes ad went beside it. So, then I moved it to TheObamaDiary channel and Sony wiped me out! Oh well.

Luckily I saved all the videos, I was expecting this, so I’ll start up a new channel over the weekend.

      Thanks Donna!

The US Postal Workers have to keep the post offices and their conduct while working politics free. Two of my local post office workers know of my involvement as I was so excited upon getting drawn for tickets to the Inauguration in ’09 that I blurted it out to anyone that would listen to me. They also had the knowledge of what mail I get and I get lots of Democratic groups in my mail as I contribute through mail and not on my computer. Also I gave the two postal workers their choice of Obama buttons during the Primary season. They went behind the shelves to choose and we quit any conversations when anyone else entered the building. When the postal deliverer entered a building this week I was sitting in the reception room. I was waiting for my tax appointment. She was delivering their mail then she used the restroom. Upon leaving she walked past me and leaned over to say, “Are you getting a new ringtone for your phone?” Right away I knew she was referring to PBO singing “Let’s Get Together” as I heard it had become a ring tone. I said I’m thinking about it and as she left she said she was too. We are on the same wavelength but talk in code as she is on orders not to be political during work hours. Hee hee

        • March 2, 2012 at 11:38 am

Ha amk, judging by my inbox at YouTube there were quite a few chaps and gals who didn’t particularly enjoy the videos! And Ron Paul fans used to get especially upset by the disabled comments, they reckoned it was an infringement of their right to call PBO a you-know-what – intelligent stuff like that.

I can’t complain though, a bunch of those videos did infringe copyright, so I was asking for trouble!

    Are You Serious? Really?
    by BooMan
Fri Mar 2nd, 2012 at 09:40:11 AM EST

I know for a fact that Assrocket lived through the Bush years and yet he writes this:

Have we ever had an administration like Barack Obama’s? An administration that tries to benefit from pitting Americans against one another? An administration that uses its billion-dollar slush fund, not to mention the resources of the Executive Branch, to demonize private citizens who disagree with its policies? An administration that uses hate as an instrument of domestic politics? I don’t believe that there is any precedent in American history for the mean-spiritedness that now emanates from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.”

Does anyone else remember Joe Wilson? Does anyone remember Karl Rove’s election strategy for the 2002 and 2004 elections? Didn’t that have something to do with demonizing private citizens who disagreed with the war in Iraq and using hate as an instrument of domestic politics? The Obama administration picks on two rich billionaires (the Koch brothers) who, more than anyone else, are responsible for destroying the public’s awareness of the seriousness of climate change, and this is in any way comparable to questioning the patriotism of a hundred million people?

I had a day like that this week and it was awful, so I can understand a part of your feeling about your situation. I just cried, rocked, walked the floor and cried out in prayer, and called my best friend from college days to pray with me as well. It was a test for sure.

I prayed all day in my selective spaces within my home and surrounded myself with my music. It was very difficult, but while writing in my nightly journal from a book by a great spiritual writer, I found much peace. Sleep great, and next morning my space was clearer and peaceful. Try to make sure to clear your space with those things that help you to focus on the blessings of the past and how you got through the diffiiculties of the past. Give It Up For Sweet Blessings, and the Mean Trials Will Soon Have To Leave Your Space.HZ

    Advertiser bails from Limbaugh show

One of the advertisers on Rush Limbaugh’s popular conservative radio show Friday announced that it is pulling its ads in the wake of the host’s controversial “slut” comments this week.

“We don’t condone negative comments directed toward any group. In response, we are currently pulling our ads from Rush with Rush Limbaugh,” the company Sleep Train Mattress Centers announced on its Twitter account early Friday.

Thar racist federal judge apologizes to PBO. Good for him.

“I sincerely and profusely apologize to you and your family for the email I forwarded. I accept full responsibility; I have no one to blame but myself,” Chief U.S. District Judge Richard Cebull wrote in a letter dated March 1. “I can assure you that such action on my part will never happen again.”

He’s sorry he got caught. Kick his racists self off the bench. He doesn’t deserve to be a judge. A Klan member but not a judge.

That’s right! If he wasn’t a racist, his friends wouldn’t be sending that kind of filth to him and he wouldn’t think of passing it on. He has no business being a judge.

You are so right Dakota. A co-worker of mine sent me an email with the Obamas as Fred Sanford and Aunt Esther, and I told her to cut the shit, I’m not having it. She never sent me anything else like that. Also, she forwarded me an email stating that our real estate taxes would go up as result of the ACA, and I did my research, outlined every lie in the mailing, and sent it back, with a suggestion to not let people send you just any thing without checking for fact. If you want to really get me pissed, talk shit about my President and First Lady. You will have a fight on your hands, for sure.

We will be keeping up the pressure here in MT. There are so many teapubs in Billings he they don’t see anything wrong. But he is getting much push back from other parts of the state. I am sick and tired of this President having to put up with all this stuff.

      March 2, 2012 at 2:00 pm

Rev Al Sharpton just said he’s going to get a movement going to get this shithead impeached. There have already been 8 or so federal judges impeached, and he intends to add him to the lot. Fuck his apology. He should go down, and I’ll do all I can to help. I surely was hoping PBO did not accept this, as no one should get away with talking about your mom, especially since she is deceased.

      • March 3, 2012 at 1:31 am

Edp4bho, nothing kind and of gracious goodness will come to this judge. He surely does not seem fit to be on the bench at all. I hope and pray that all of his cases will be considered subject to a review. It is not fair for the people who come before his court.

Let us pray for justice in any case. HZ

As to Rush Limb.. I have never in my life heard anyone in the public sphere say things like that. Unbelievable! he should have been suspended or dismissed immediately. The fact that he wasn’t says more about his supporters than anyone else.

Rep. Norm Dicks (D-WA), the ranking Democrat on the House Appropriations Committee, is now retiring from Congress this year, Roll Call reports.

Dicks was first elected to the House way back in 1976, and is 71 years old. His district is considered safe Democratic.

I think that over 50 are retiring this year… ( combined Dem and Repub )

WTF?! Interview With Senate Candidate And 5 Year-Old Son From Ad Is Creepiest Thing Ever
    videoby Jon Bershad | 5:44 pm, March 1st, 2012

I don’t say this too often but, seriously, you might not want to watch this video if you don’t want to have nightmares. This is honestly the weirdest video I’ve seen in 2012. And I watch some weeeeeeeeird stuff during my non-work hours.

This morning, the Internet was going gaga for an adorable campaign ad for Republican Senate candidate from Rhode Island, Barry Hinckley, in which his five-year-old son Hudson explained economic problems to the camera. Sure, it might be a little weird to use a kid for political gain like that and, sure, Hudson was obviously scripted and, sure, those posters he was showing were obviously written by an adult pretending to have “kid” handwriting, but the ad was just so darn cute. However, the interview Hinckley and his son just did with Neil Cavuto wasn’t cute. It was just…unsettling.

Look, I don’t even need to talk about the uncomfortable, Balloon Boy-esque moment where Cavuto asks Hudson if he actually cares about the economy, the boy replies “no,” and Hinckley looks furious. That’s weird enough. But the only thing I can see during this segment is the fact that, every time Hudson talks, Hinckley MOUTHS EVERY WORD HE IS SAYING SIMULTANEOUSLY.

The Obama campaign is having a blast while Republicans implode all around them. In the past week, the campaign has pushed out a satirical contraception permission slip to attack the GOP over the Blunt amendment and responded to Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s decision to resurrect the birther issue by posting the theme song to the The X-Files on Twitter.

At a fundraiser Thursday, President Obama himself got in on the act.

From the pool report coverage of an Obama fundraiser in New York City:

POTUS also added a joke about the GOP debates. “We’re thinking of just airing these as advertisements — without commentary. Here you go, this is what they said some time ago.”

    • 320 a4alice
      March 2, 2012 at 1:07 pm

Can we get this to Axe, David P., Jim Messina. This would be a great OFA item. Can it be used in that light? I can see it on napkins,(Cloth), on cups, plates, bookmarkers, caps, tees, coasters, mugs, set of plates,(maybe dessert plates, calendars, notepads, nightlights, fans, children clothes. Oh, let me stop because I am getting carried away.

    Obama: “We’ve Got Israel’s Back”

Jeffrey Goldberg has an exclusive interview with the president on the topic. The first thing to say is that Obama’s mastery of the detail and strategy, and his ability to relay it with nuance and conviction, remains gob-smackingly impressive. Compared with the crass, apocalyptic, binary rhetoric from the GOP candidates right now, it’s another reminder of how impressive the current commander-in-chief is. And no, he had no TelePrompter.

And the message Obama is sending is well delivered via Jeffrey. Very few journalists want this issue resolved to America’s and Israel’s advantage more than Goldblog. You can see the strain in his prose as these two countries’ core interests have seemed to collide (in fact, have collided). And so Obama tells Jeffrey exactly what he wants to hear and exactly what Obama wants the Israelis to hear: that he has always been a staunch defender of Israel, has delivered on every promise and more, has orchestrated the most successful isolation of Iran since 1979, and delivered the most punishing sanctions in history. There is also no mention of the Palestinian question in the interview, which itself is revealing. Netanyahu has won on that question – until an Obama second term (which is why he and his neocon allies are doing all they can to defeat Obama this fall).

On Andrea Mitchell now. PBO just called Sandra Fluke on the telephone. She is near tears as she tells Andrea that he told her to tell her parents that they should be very proud of her and thanked her for what she did in standing up.

    • March 2, 2012 at 1:10 pm

PBO expressed his concern for her and wanted to make sure that she was ok. What a guy, but then he has daughters…unlike that buffoon Limpballs who have no kids from 4 marriages. Well, that’s a good thing.

america has really, really lost its mind. This scum polluting the air-waves for over 2 decades and making millions out of it is criminally disgusting.

If there was really a god, he would have breitbarted this scum by now.

Kudos to our classy PBO for consoling and cheering her up,

    • March 2, 2012 at 2:53 pm

Omg, now I’m crying too. PBO is just unbelievable! Is he real? He’s too perfect for words. He leaves me speechless, I don’t know what to say. I just LOVE him to death!

      • March 3, 2012 at 1:46 am

Hi bestpresidentever. I have always loved your name. I cried also. I just thought, what if Sandra was my daughter and was called that. Wow. I would be all over this vile man. So I am so elated that our wonderful POTUS took the time to call her, and she had the opportunity to share what he said to the whole world. Plus her beautiful parents herad it, I pray. That has to be some healing in their hearts.

So thank you, Mr. President. I love you for being such a great person and a great President of these United States. God Bless You and give you wisdom daily. That is how I pray for you.

The average price of unleaded petrol has reached a new high of 137.44p per litre, in UK

    1 British pound = 1.58 U.S. dollars

    1 US gallon = 3.785 liters

    You do the math.

PBO is a wonderful human being. Sandra Fluke is on Mitchell Reports and she was near tears as she talked about PBO’s call. He called expressing concern for her well being after Limbaugh verbally abused her, he told her he was proud of her, that she was a wonderful human being, that her parents must be very proud of her, and he also thanked her for standing up for women. Wow. Just wow. This is another reason why I not only love him as a President but also as a human being. He always highlights our better nature.

    • March 2, 2012 at 2:23 pm

oh thank you for that info UT- he really is very special and so on top of the day to day goings on across the country/ world. I started following her on Twitter yesterday just as support after reading about Limbaugh’s filth. I am so grateful to our President for his unwavering humanity.
