You can really tell the character of a person by the company they keep. The President should be proud of the company he keeps through his marvelous supporters like Chipsticks and the whole entire TOD family. Every time I come to this site I am more and more energized to do all I can to ensure that we will have this good man, who really loves everybody, for another five years as our President. I hope also that we will work hard to give a Congress that can act to advance the interests of all Americans. That means making sure that the great Nancy Pelosi will again be Speaker in the next Congress and Democrats will increase their majority in the Senate. We have work to do for the next twelve months.

Watching the trick-or-treat video….how cute is it that Michelle basically stopped handing out candy and went into hugger-in-chief mode? I also loved PBO’s reaction to the headless man: “Look at this, it’s a headless man, how terrifying!”

That’s exactly what I was telling my son. Michelle gave up working and became “mommy” for the night. I was so enthralled watching her, I forgot PBO was there….LOL. She and her mom were cuttin’ up. Sometimes when I watch Mrs. Robinson, I think of her husband and how proud he would be of his daughter. Same with Stanley Ann. Lovely couple we have in the White House.
When you think about it she put aside her career to be the Mother of all of our causes when President Obama was elected as our President.
Mrs. Obama loves her husband and she loves America, too. What a sacrifice from the First Couple of the United States.
Awesome Chips. Thanks for all the videos. That picture shows once again that President Obama could be in an ad hawking the benefits of Colgate or Crest or Aqua Fresh etc. Great set of teeth and an even more wonderful smile.
I noticed the smiling photo of PBO. He is smiling bigger and harder than I have ever observed before. I have observed his smile close up as I painted two different portraits of him for postcards I made for the 2008 Postcards for America campaign. The photo above has two smile commas on either side of his mouth and his old photos only showed one. Plus his top lip is up much higher on his gums than in other photos. I think he is really enjoying himself in these photos. And remember we just heard about how down he is right now from the Right and the PL? Wrong!!!!

Thanks for all the videos Chips. Especially loved the trick or treat video. I’m such a sap, as soon as that little one with the too big purple scarf wrapped all around her orange costume RAN with open arms outstretched and a big grin on her face into PBO, I got all choked up. And FLOTUS being Mommy in Chief (great name btw)to the rest of the kids further increased the lump in my throat. Such genuineness and affection for all they came in contact with. LOVE. IT. Is there any doubt that they have elevated the notion that the White House truly is The People’s House?

Our TOD family is the Best !!!! Thank you Chips!!!!!! We Are Just Like Our wonderful, intelligent, loving, caring, compassionate, and hardworking, President. I am so elated that we all are alive and moving with this great President to make this a beautiful and better place for all of those little ones that we saw tonight and the millions and millions all over this nation and the world.
Just think, Chips, you made this place in these moments of history and our children and their children, and their children will be able to say ,”My parents’ generation did that in 2008 and 2012 so that all of this world could live a better life and be more humane to each other. We are going to be grateful as we all work to make this happen. Chipsticks, we thank you so very much for all that you do.
I will be 67 tomorrow, so I will not waste not one moment of this great TOD family in making this happen. I need to leave this along with my other accomplishments which I am so grateful to that power that is higher than me . I promise to be busy at getting the job done with a grateful heart, along side of my TOD family and Chipsticks. I pray the DASH between my two set of numbers will stand for something that is so powerful for the young men and women who will come after me. Life is a gentle but very important gift to unwrap with care, love, passion, compassion, and hard work.

At the 7:00 the President encounters the headless man costume. The pool reports says:

I don’t know how you do this, Chips. Every morning there are fresh gifts for us to start our day. You manage to get images and clips that nobody else does. It must be magic. Anyway, thanks for a great start to a snowy Sunday.
So, the Boston herald says that the only way OWS can effect real change is if Barack obama loses in 2012, and they all reject him!

The Corportist are afraid this movement will go into the election and PBO will propose some of what this young people want. Their gooses are cooked. If they hire these young people, the president wins….if they don’t hire these you people, PBO wins.
When I checked back I saw that the entire Trick or Treat video was downloaded. Enjoyed every minute. Just beyond the half way point, I saw Michelle do that wife maneuver that shows that she is ever aware of Barack no matter what is going on; she reached out to straighten out the collar of his jacket. The many photos and videos that show her brushing off his jacket, fixing his tie or some other little thing shows the connection between them. For all of those women who hold him a little too long or who come a bit too close, like that producer on Leno’s show, these unconscious, yet loving, simple acts, remind all that this is a couple that cannot be breached. In a strange sort of alchemy their love spreads to the rest of us. I love seeing how they love each other, their girls, Mrs. Robinson and Bo.
Ceb, you are making me tear up because you stated it so eloquently. I noticed that too in the video that she lovely fixes his collar, or ties, or when she touches him and how he does not flinch or react because there is so much love and trust between them. I also love how when they are walking together, he’ll take her hand like two new lovers. We are so lucky to see true american family values up close. All we ever had were teevee images – Father Knows Best in the 50’s and and thank God for Bill Cosby who gave us The Huxtibuls to show america that there are really AA families like the first lady’s parents.
I too saw that moment when FLOTUS pulled up the collar on POTUS’ jacket. She wants to make sure her husband Barack stays warm. When all is said and done, they are Mr. & Mrs. Barack Obama.
I also noticed the warmth between the three; Barack, Michelle & Mrs. Robinson.
