I saw that the Chairman of the Ohio Repub party put out an immediate press release telling the President to end the campaign and go back to Washington to get to work with Congress. The press release was so juvenile and disrespectful – I don’t know how anyone can look at the Republican party and see anything serious about them. They can’t respect the office, they don’t respect life and they don’t respect the country and it’s people.

They know they’re between a rock and a hard place – and they are the ones who put themselves there. No-one can say that this President hasn’t tried to work with them. They’re just rotten – through and through.

The republicans suck!! Who the f*&^ do they think they are “..go back to Washington to get to work with congress.” Maybe if the mofo’s in congress would work with and respect President Obama good things would get done. It appears to me that the republicans want to destroy America in order to destroy your great president – bastards!
I am sorry about my language, I am having a crap day anyway and those heartless morons just brought out the b***h in me.

How can he work with congress when they are taking ten days off starting tomorrow?

To all in TOD Family the local paper rag in the city of Cincinnati has already trying to poison the air by the headline the only reason for the President’s speech is a Photo OP and won’t get a Bridge built.

The desperation reeking from all sources is nauseating. Who the heck doesn’t want a safe bridge, school, airport and municipal buildings in their state? I bet if the money was laid at their feet, the newspaper would be printing headlines screaming at their local and state governments to take it! take it! take it! and build! build! build!

Mark Knoller carred water with this talking point this morning. I challenged him for his sources, no reply.

Mark Knoller is a douche. I’m just about ready to unfollow him, because all of my pushback on his GOP talking points seem to go unnoticed. I’m not sure why they think that the President doing his job, and responding to the lies about him by the GOP candidates, should all be labeled as “campaigning”. And who cares if he’s campaigning? The GOP have declared that their only mission is to remove him from his job. He’s just supposed to ignore that? I. personally, don’t think the President is “campaigning” – he’s just doing his job, as he has been doing it for nearly three years. But, so what if the President campaigns? He’s campaigning for the future of this country, and if there’s a problem with that, then tell us what that problem is.

Like the rest of his bozo buddies, he is lost in the bubble of DC mannerisms. He thinks he’s really smart and clever and really, he’s just a right-wing nerd who can’t seem to hear much less understand his own bias. I stop tweeting him but today just really bothered me:

          @markknoller Mark Knoller
Highway officials say their bridge replacement plans not ready to hire workers till 2013 or later – so Obama jobs bill doesn’t apply.

and then later he addresses Boehner’s press secretary who says the same thing as above:

          @ markknoller Mark Knoller
@Brendan_Buck I’ve made that point. Did The WH invite the Speaker to be here?

          • September 22, 2011 at 7:44 pm

“Did the WH invite the Speaker to be here?” What a crock of crap!! The “Speaker” takes 10 days off every two weeks. The WH doesn’t need to invite him! Boehner represents that district. Why does he have to be invited by the WH? What does the “Speaker” do on all his days off? No one should have to tell him to get involved with his own people. He should show some concern and go on his own!!!

let them run their damn paper Wesley until (god forbid and help them) one of their bridges collapses with people on them 🙄 (god forgive me for saying this)

    • September 22, 2011 at 5:18 pm

Someone should tell that rag in Cincinnati that the only reason the bridge will not be built is due to the obstructive morons in congress if they do not grow a pair and PASS THE FREAKING BILL!!!!!!! It appears that President Obama is, as usual the only adult in the room.

Always working, always continuing the fight for jobs and for a better future. I am almost resigned to the realization that he will never get the credit he deserves. But in the cities and towns and the rural areas of America, people are waking up and beginning to push back against the lies they have been fed for so long. They are seeing the Republicans (and some Democrats as well) for what they are: mouthpieces for the money moguls who fund their campaigns and then use them for their own benefit. What a contrast to this President who has never wavered in his support for the struggling famiies of America, who has a clear vision of what is needed here in the US and throughout the world to move towards economic justice, stability and peace.

Who cares what the local paper and R Chairman says. This the The POTUS and it’s going to be a damn good ” photo OP” until the bridge collapses then they will say “Huh” 🙄

No one will be carrying the President speech today, no one. Not C-Span or anyone.

The President is doing what is right. We know that POB studies to get the facts, and it is his job to point out the importance of this bridge to the American people. McConnell and Boehner are the drama queens in the theater of “Clowning Around With Citizens Lives.” Yet, they can walked around in the chambers with their high and mighty selves bashing the President daily. So be the leader that you are, Mr. President, take it to the people. You will save lives for sure in providing jobs, commerence, moral uplifting, and giving families a much needed life to provide for their families. I support the President all the way. May God protect him, give him wisdom, and provided for him all that he needs to do his job.HZ
