Every time I see Romney’s face, I can’t help but think that every time Rev. Al says his name, he always includes his real first name – Willard “Mitt” Romney. That makes me smile every time.

Imagine how trustworthy a representative Romney would be as a negotiator on the international stage. You could never trust his ‘word’! Actually, Perry’s word is not too reliable either. What a choice….NOT!

Of all the questions Blitzer could ask Ahmadinejad today at a presser, he asked – and called it a “critical topic” – whether or not Ahmadinejad still believes “there aren’t any homosexuals in Iran.” Does anybody else find that weird? It’s a human-interest story, of course, and I don’t quite know how to express myself about why it hit me as weird, but was it one of the two biggest topics Blitzer could come up with, when he had the chance to ask this crazy person a couple of questions?

doesn’t “questions” like these make you wanna hit your head on your desk or hit your own tv Jacqueline? 😆

Ha! I care more for my desk and tv – and head – than I do Wolfie Blitzer, but you are right. It’s more and more like seeing and hearing people from a parallel universe, every time they open their mouths. 🙂

This kinda indicates to me that most of these talking heads are robots for Producers and Program Directors. Maybe we should try to id them and see how they hold up under a flurry of tweets and e-mails. Just sayin’.

This man must be part of a triplet, one man cannot have that many faces.

Watching this video of Mitt Romney reminds me of a book I read in high school by Kurt Vonnegut called “Who Am I This Time”. Mitt Romney has flipped and flopped so many times, no one knows who he is or what he stands for. He’s like a chameleon. Not a good trait for someone who thinks he is qualified to be the leader of the free world. Somehow, I don’t see Willard Mitt Romney doing what President Obama did this week at the United Nations.

Here is the synopsis of “Who Am I This Time” by Kurt Vonnegut

The story centers on a character named Harry Nash, who is an extremely shy and characterless small-town man. However, whenever he takes a part in the local, amateur theater production he becomes the character to an overwhelming extent. Soon Helene Shaw, a recent addition to the town, falls in love with Nash – but with his character in the play.

Wonderful analogy but yet the MSM is pushing a known Republican pollster (Quinnipiac) with new numbers for Florida with Romney beating PBO 49-40 .They say his ratings have plummeted because of the debt-ceiling debacle.
First of all how could any semi normal person vote for flip flopper no true conviction or position on anything Romey, I don’t know and after Rick Scott, have Floridians gone loopy?
Something is very wrong if this is a halfway accurate poll.

Poor Romney – he really can’t help it. Having lived in New England so long, he has been damaged by our constantly changing weather patterns. We say “You don’t like the weather? Just wait a minute”. So – you don’t like his answer – just wait a minute. It will change. The only thing that won’t change is his proud pronouncement of being a red speck in a blue state. But …but.. are Teapartiers really red or have they muted into some hitherto unknown shade of crimson?

Of course Willard would know about being middle class, with his million dollar mansions and fancy clothes! 😯

My goodness he really is an idiot. He speaks out of so many sides of his mouth, he wouldn’t know the truth if it bit him in the butt.

The more I see of Willard, the less I’m worried about him if he’s the candidate that the Republicans put up against President Obama.

The Republicans had a field day with John Kerry “he was for it before he was against it” back in 2004, the Democrats will have an even BIGGER field day with Willard if he’s the nominee with “he was for it before he was against it.”

Even his own party knows he’s an empty suit with nothing to offer. President Obama will have no issues shellacking Willard.
