To say a woman is “bright” is code. Ed Rollins even threw in “articulate.” He was clearly sending a message, as was John King – with his totally directed questions. King was practically begging Rollins to put Michele Bachmann down. Both are so transparent.

All of these ludicrous campaigns are taking away from the issues everyone should be talking about. Of course, in this case, I’m glad.

People need to stop lying. Lying is the reason our country is in the shape it’s in now with extreme wage disparity, an out of control deficit, a record number of people living in poverty, we’re still spending billions on TWO wars, extreme public bigotry against gays, Muslims, Hispanics, etc and all of the other major problems we are facing. IMO, all of this was made possible because the MSM along with certain politicians and others made lying to the American people acceptable. The MSM is supposed to be the gatekeeper of truth in a democracy, but this clip shows that its corporate owners and infotainers have placed money over truth. In a country where real media existed Americans would have known shortly after the republicans threw their hats into the ring for 2012 that all of them are master showmen and liars. Herman Cain was in my city yesterday telling the local yokels that he would be a president who would oppose BRAC. He also seemed to have led them to believe that a president can prevent the closing of a military base. Since this is Middle GA and not many people research much of anything, the local yokels believed everything he said about BRAC. The local rag didn’t include any information in its coverage of the article to let the locals know that a president has little/no control over this process. Many of these politicians will tell any lie to get a vote, and our MSM is useless.
