Jon Huntsman and his Kurt Cobain comment remind me of myself (a left brainer) at any brainstorming session with my former military co-workers (right brainers), when I’d put forth my latest thought – and be greeted by looks that said, “Who are you?” Good times.

Federal Judge (Bush) strike down key health care law provision. What wrong with these God (which is money) loving people. Emergency rooms visits are on the rise which means the taxpayers pay for the uninsured . it would be better if all American pay what they can and to also have access to doctors who are less expensive then Emergency rooms. Most Republican is not a follower of Jesus, but of Money which the bible said was going to happen.

    Beautiful school, isn’t it?

  10. September 13, 2011 at 2:29 pm

O/T but have to share: One of our long-time state Republican senators left few months ago. There’s 4 people running in the R primary. (One of them is John Duncan’s sister. His son is a local councilman……gotta keep it all in the family!) Only one person running in the Dem primary–a 30-yr. educator. After what the governor and state legislature have done to our schools, she is “fired up.” When asked what primary, I proudly said, “Democratic.” Then she had to give me the paper that explains the changes in voter ID January 1. I took it and said, “Oh, I’m aware. I am a political activist.” When I walked into the room where the booths are, I could hear the four of them talking. It felt SO good to know they got the message that I am a supporter of PO and know what is going on. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

So, the way the GOP takes back the narrative is to shut down the government in a couple weeks:

Unreal! These guys are fucking dicks!

    • September 13, 2011 at 2:45 pm

I don’t see how that would be politically beneficial to the GOP. They’d be shutting down government on policy riders – what the Dems used to beat them about the neck and head last April to avoid the shutdown originally. Or course it would depend on the frame – Dems would need to get out in front of it. Just paint it as another crisis created by the GOP in their string of crisis’ designed to keep the economic uncertainty to keep businesses from hiring.

Why is Sam Stein already saying the President caved and will take what he can get from Congress?

Because gene sterling ran his mouth while at cingress this morning!
Contradicting what axelrod said this morning!
And CNN cut off the president after five minutes!

CNN has gone full teabagger. They give Bachmann two teabagger rebuttals, host the teabagger debate and cover any rumored or real teabagger rally like it’s huge news.

Gosh my President looks and sounds so good and full of hope. I feed off of his energy.

Today I called Rep. Donna Edwards, Senator Barbara Mikulski, Senator Ben Cardin’s office and thank them for their support of the American Jobs Act but I also asked their aides to pass on to them that I want to see Democrats united in support of this President from now until the 2012 election. I asked them to make their voices and their faces known to the rest of the country to show that this Democratic Congress has the Presidents back.

Not of big fan of polls but this is certainly nice to see.

According to a new PPP survey, Rick Perry’s Social Security tough talk has hurt him, but Obama’s focus on jobs has given him an 11 point lead, 52%-41% over Perry.

Those unumbers will change and tighten. For Rick is making an about face and claiming that now all we need to do is REVISE and REVAMP. Sounding closer to PBO than anything else with SS. I guess he is trying to match Romney with flip/flop fervor!! πŸ™„

      • September 13, 2011 at 3:02 pm

Perry wants to make anybody under 45 no social security when you get older!
That is vastly different than what the president wants to do!

      • September 13, 2011 at 3:30 pm

We won’t allow him to make about face. We won’t let him forget what he said. We will keep remind him and force the media to not forget either. Thank God for social media.

No, Perry doesn’t get away with saying something and get a pass, polls or no polls.

Those people were going crazy to get a feel of the President….don’t blame them πŸ˜€ he’s so sexy and swaggerlicious :D. I wonder if the SS need a new agent?lol

Our great Prez is here in my hometown of Columbus, Ohio as we speak. He is on fire. I would have been at the RALLY had it not been for work. My neighborhood OFA team is there cheering him on. Keep him, the Dems, and all of us in your prayers. Call your representatives and KEEP HOPE ALIVE!! πŸ˜€ Obama/Biden 2012!!

On fire speech by Obama today—-he was in fine form. Enthusiastic crowd who spontaneously chanted “Pass this bill!” I also thought it was a touching moment when the construction guy’s voice caught when he said, “It is my pleasure to introduce the President of the United States.” I was thinking—not many get that honor. It had to be thrilling.
