Oh this is just lovely. Love love love our First Lady and her continued support of exercise and good nutrition. The video was nice and seeing the President with her was sweet.

This is sensational. Just thought I’d share this quote I found that really reminds me of the President and the First Lady. Its by Reinhold Niebuhr. “Nothing worth doing is completed in our lifetime; therefore we are saved by hope. Nothing true or beautiful or good makes complete sense in any immediate context of history; therefore, we are saved by faith. Nothing we do, however virtuous, can be accomplished alone; therefore, we are saved by love.”
