The jobs number just came out, it was 117,000, they said not what we need to get the unemployment going down, but its alot better than what they expect. Unemployment 9.1%.
Well the American people are going to have to FORCE Congress to act to prevent a double dip RECESSION from happening. PBO will have to come on national tv and alert his troops again to MAKE calls, tweet, email, text to get tea-sreabotuers to move on some stimulous, job creation, and/or revenue producing bills. 😡
Where the rightwing nuts wanted to lay all the blame for the stock market falling 500 points at the President. I told these nuts that when the market was doing good you Obama haters didn’t write in to give him the credit for the market doing good. You rightwing nuts most likely said it wasn’t doing good because of Obama, so you nuts can’t have it your way. Don’t give him any credit when the market was doing good, but when it falls he gets the blame. It don’t make sense. It sounds like a bunch of Limbaugh crap.
I have some very unkind thoughts of Huffington. I will not bother to express them on this lovely blog out of respect and gratitude to Chipsticks and my fellow TODers.
Chipsticks, I’m am very happy to see you back and putting up GREAT threads!!!! This was a LOD segment that I saw and thoroughly enjoyed hearing Alan Simpson speak the truth, but I didn’t know how to post it – thanks Michele and THANKS Chipsticks. The American People and Congress need to heed Mr. Simpson’s counsel – especially regarding Norquist.
