I am tired of hearing Dems tell us that the “President need to lead.” I’m not sure that Rendell gets the fact that the 14th amendment may not be as simple as a “law suit” as he thinks.

Debz, I wanted to scream when I heard him say that. Well, when I was governor, I had big balls, so PBO ……….. That man has such a big head. Frankly, I am sick and tired and angry and mad and ready to scream about the “left” and the repugs.

It seems the president gets no respect! Couldn’t be about race, right? You betcha it is.

DR, I think it is in part race, but I also see it as an inflexibility to change. Change is most always resisted, even when we pronounce that we want it. I think the likes of Rendell and others are simply stymied by President Obama’s skill set, and the way he engages in his leadership.
Hopefully people will begin to have the courage to alter their own approaches and we can move towards more statesmanlike conduct and more effecient and productive solutions.

I don’t think they understand him…..at the very least they continually misconstrue his sense of calm/demeanor and his pragmatic approach as weakness, We know that it is not. Lots of big egos in politics as well, which lends itself to distorted perspectives coupled with constant self promotion.

Sue, I don’t believe for a minute that these aholes believe the President is weak. IMO this is just part of their weak “arsenal” of insults they use to try and diminish PBO’s awesomeness.

He will be the first diplomatic president in decades. He is flexible and that drives a lot of emoprogs crazy. Well, they are driving me crazy.
So many cannot help but having racist imagines of blacks being incapable. I will tell you this country is filled with white crackers that are dumber than a door knob.

I have a friend who told me last week that PBO has ice in his blood and his eyes look evil. He does not care about the poor, disable and unemployed. She was at my house having dinner. I barely got through the dinner and then I said, you can have your personal upsets with Obama, but DO NOT talk about him as someone who does care about others. I kept saying, why do you feel that way? I offered to provide proof to the contrary and she said, you may know more than I do, but I know how I feel. Sorry she acting like a bitch. I could barely keep myself from slapping her.

      Agree.

The Teaspoons WANT him to use it – and they will Impeach.

If we default – they will Impeach.

The 14th specifically states that CONGRESS MUST DO THIER FUCKING JOB!

Anyone who refuses, (AND everyone who signed that treasonous Norquist pledge) should be arrested and charged with Conspiracy to intentionally tank the US Economy.
