I love PBO!! Love how nothing gets him down and how he can do 10 things at a time. Hope he puts his foot so far up repug ass it will have to be surgically removed, after they vote on the raising of the debt ceiling. Critters!!!

Sue and Lisaloves, you all always make me laugh. I agree about PBO. He never let these folks see him sweat. 🙂

It’s so nice to see our President have an enjoyable moment in the midst of the hell he is dealing with. Is it weird that I am actually excited as I look forward to his address tonight?

No it’s not weird. I’m super excited also. I’m a diehard political junkie and observing and participating in every moment of this Presidency is like crack (I don’t do crack) or caffeine ( I definitely do caffeine) for me.

I love how all this mess isn’t getting PBO down. He’s smiling, bouncing from place to place, killing us with that swagger and smile, doing a thousand things at once and looking calm, cool and collected. Viva la Obama!

Brian Wilson is trying way too hard to be “that guy”.

Fear the Beard! LOL! At least he didn’t wear his spandex tuxedo.

Hahahahahaha I know right? At the ESPYS he was dressed in a spandex tuxedo. At first I thought he was a rocker and then I thought he was the lead singer from The Killers. It took me a minute to realize he was actually Brian Wilson of the SF Giants.

For a group of “characters and misfits” they do know how to work together as a team. DC could sure use a lot more of that. Very amusing that they brought a bat for the Prez. lol!

    Go SFGiants!

It’s a thrill to see Willie Mays getting his place with this President! Willie was a hero in my young days. A man I respect.

The picture of Willie Mays and the President on BWD’s site, I found particularily poignant. It seemed to capture such mutual respect and reverance, it really touched me deeply. They both had, and continue to have to, push back against societal pressures and attitudes that are frankly Un-American, after all equality is the right of every American. How long will it take before America’s actions reflects her guiding principles and constitutional framework. We talk the talk, yet we don’t walk the walk.

Just watched the video. That was very nice. And the organization seemed especially thrilled to be there given the issues POTUS is currently facing.

It was great to hear the Organization state that they were behind the President all the way. And I want to add, Mr. President, California is behind you all the way!
