I know right? He looks so relaxed and calm; yet at the same time his expression says “I’m gonna crush y’all like a freaking bug.”

Thanks Chips. Hope you’ve been having a splendid day. By the way, the cartoon is so apropos of the national conversation taking place. President Obama recieved a house that appeared from the outside to only have a leaky roof, but from the inside was messed up from the foundation upwards. The contractors that are supposed to work hand in hand with him to restructure and put the house on firm footing are instead using subpar tools and shoddy accounting methods to purchase substandard products while pocketing the rest of the money set aside for reconstruction.

Mr. President stay away from the Orage Rusty Man, u have a nice color and glow on your face. Is that a sign of good things to come?

  4. July 10, 2011 at 5:05 pm

I have confidence in him. There’s no one I would rather have on my side.

There are always forces for good working behind the scenes that we aren’t aware of. There seems to be a kind of addiction to drama and crisis and wildly swinging emotions that’s been going on in this country and that’s what gets attention. But I always see a quiet, strong river of Well-Being that runs through all things that carries us through.

President Obama has pulled so many surprises so many times and I feel this time is no exception. He knows what he’s doing and I’m excited to see what he will come up with.

They GOP is exposed. Their ideas and beliefs are out in the open. The game is afoot and my money is on the tall, confident guy leading the country.

Thanks for the link, Bobfr. In a way, I also feel sorry for Mr. Boehner. It has been evident, from the day he took the Speaker’s gavel that Mr. Cantor was working on sabotaging his leadership. He is not working with Mr. Boehner and he knows that he has Mr. Boehner between a rock and a hard place if he wants to keep his position as Speaker.

Mr. Cantor is a snake! His buddy, Czar Ryan, is right there with him! I am pulling for Mr. Boehner to hold on to his position because we can’t afford to have Eric Cantor as Speaker!!! He as Speaker would be worst than Sarah Palin being vice president!

Hi Chip, There’s my excellent president. Hope he had a good rest & some golf. NORAD had to scramble jets twice this weekend b/c they entered the restricted airspace & the jets escorted the small planes out. That happened last weekend, too. Hopefully, the family didn’t even know it.

He has that look of confidence, knowing that he’s got so much more in the way of information and truth and justice on his side. It’s tiring, I’m sure, but he just brushes off all the slings and arrows from both sides and gets the job done in a VERY BIG WAY.

Thank you, Mr. President! You are doing an absolutely TERRIFIC JOB!!!

  10. July 10, 2011 at 5:27 pm

Well helloooooooo Mr. President. Boy he looks good.

PBO, rested and ready for battle. He is looking goooood! I also wonder who he was with at Camp David since I read he doesn’t like to go there.
I hope he brings along plenty of kleenex for the Weeper of the House.

Oh, Debz, we sent a load of kleenex to the WH last night. they are there waiting for the Speaker. Taken care of.

  13. July 10, 2011 at 5:34 pm

He looks great. But it’s really a damn shame that this man with a wife and two young girls can’t even have real down time because he has to deal with petulant children in Congress. By this point in his presidency, Dumbya had probably been on vacation more than he was in the White House. But *this* President can’t even enjoy his summer weekends. Ugh!

    Soca Sweet

Hi to all especially my Grenada neighbour. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Your president is blessed. He is covered so we have to get accustomed to him having a series of midnights but the dawn will always come. There was Rev Wright and then the Race Speech, there was Sarah Palin and then the economic crisis to his rescue, there was the failed Chicago Olympics bid and the Nobel Peace Prize. So do not panic, keep hope alive. That is what he has asked you to do. Do not worry about the Judases. Even the devil was once an angel. He will be fine.

That is my two cents piece. Do not know if that expression is used in America.

“That is my two cents piece. Do not know if that expression is used in America.”

Yep we use a very similar variation of it. We usually say “Well, that’s just my two cents” or something.

And I agree, our president is a great man. I’m so proud of him but sad with all the bull he puts up with. He handles it well though, with such calmness and grace.

I wish you well Mr. President with your meeting today with those clowns.

Diapers in place for fitting for the appropriate ones. The meeting make be delayed for a few minutes. We informed the President of the Diaper Fitting. That million dollar smile came over his face, I am told. Now, Now, you all need to be nice, I am told was the comment in the room. Okay, Mr. President, we will behave now.

Do you realize what type of positive energy we are collectively surrounding our President with.? It is coming from all parts of this country and other places in the world. Instead of producing toxic energy it one of love and confidence. Africa said something yesterday that really touched me about the old souls of Africa looking down on him along with his mother. TOD is a place of comfort and peace to allow us to send those prayers and energies of good. We must stay the course and continue to have confidence in our brilliant President.

PBO looking mighty good! He is ready to enter the battle field more than armed. He knows his stuff COLD. No headfakes, just clean hard cold facts. Things are going to get complicated Rusty but hold on, PBO had the staff deliver a case of Kleenex. And no smoking, Jerk.

meta, BO ran the Speaker out of his private area because of all of the smoke. “Hello, Mr. Speaker, you need to leave now. There is NO spoking in my play area. You have some nerves, you remember that you cut off the spending for the maintance for this section of the grounds. Now leave before I call MY SS detail.”

Our President’s neck is clean. I’m betting that there are some members of congress (who shall remain nameless for now) whose necks are caked with dirt.
