‘romney backtracks…’ again?!

MSNBC: Over the last few weeks … Mitt Romney has argued that President Obama’s policies have made the economy worse.

Here was Romney in New Hampshire on Monday: “….He did not cause this recession, but he made it worse.”

…. at the New Hampshire debate earlier this month: “He didn’t create the recession, but he made it worse and longer.”

But at his press conference today in Allentown … Romney backtracked on the he-made-it-worse line.

When NBC producer Sue Kroll asked the former Massachusetts governor why he believes that Obama’s policies have made the economy worse – when the economy is now growing (and not shrinking like it was in 2009), when the Dow is climbing (and no longer in a free-fall like it was in ’09), and when the unemployment rate is down a full percentage point from where it was in Oct. ’09 – Romney gave this answer:

“I didn’t say that things are worse.”

PBO HAS DONE SOME GREAT THINGS TO STIMULATE OUR ECONOMY. MITTENS NEEDS TO LOOK AT HIS GOP CRONIES WHO ARE DRAGGING THEIR FEET IN AN EFFORT TO DISCREDIT OUR PRESIDENT. BUT…IT’S NOT GOING TO WORK BECAUSE THE TRUTH ALWAYS WINS AND THE PRESIDENT IS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HISTORY!

It really is amateur hour in the Republican Party. These folks keep ethering themselves. Keep talking, Romney; keep talking. It can only get better for the president and worse for you.

I see another Repub fool is getting set to jump into the pres. race——ta dum!—–Thaddeus McCotter!—–who???—–R-Mi. The only interesting thing about his big exciting announcement is that he said that he found out that there was dissatisfaction with the current slate during a visit to Iowa. Repubs no likey their sad and goofy collection of candidates. Speaking of——anyone else catch Bachmann and her “gays are barbarians” dancing at some campaign rally? Ay yi yi yi yi yi yi. And why is Bill Clinton singing her praises? I hope it’s some kind of covert strategy because it seems stupid to me.

When will these idiots realize that in the technological and digital age we live in… no dumbass statement can be walked back with an even more stupid answer. You know the saying; “live by the sword, die by the sword” – Well they ahould ammend it to fit all republican candidates especially Bachmann who said she would abolish the minimum wage, then tried to walk it back – “live by my mouth diarrhea, die by my foot in mouth disease.”

You are so right Romney does have a truth problem. In case anyone saw Rev. Sharpton hosting the Ed Show tonight, you saw were Romney was in Pennslyvania today at this closed plant and of course he tried to put the blame on Obama for the plant closed. The ex Governor of Penn. said Romney was lying, the planet was closed because the plant did not get enough of the stimulas money. So once again Romney lying, having a problem with the truth.
