remembering gwb

From today’s Marist-McClatchy poll: Many voters still don’t blame President Obama for the nation’s current economic conditions.  61% report the president inherited them while 31% think they are the result of his own policies.  Nine percent are unsure.  Little has changed on this question since McClatchy-Marist’s previous survey.  In April, 63% thought the president faced these trying economic conditions when he entered office while 30% said his policies created them.

Funny, that snippet from the poll isn’t getting much coverage today. Oh well.

In regards to the af-1 post: the president most often uses a e-4 as his primary af-1 plane. Their are a few of them, however, sometimes they might be worked on and he then goes to the backup.

Also, any plane that the president is on is called af-1,it is his call sign .

And any plane the vice president is on is called af-2!

    That is all!

This is why I want Rick Perry to run – he’ll remind everybody about Bush.

Anyone with any darn sense knows exactly what was facing President Obama when he walked in that Oval Office. It was a down right crisis. And from day one the Republicans in Congress and Senate have been fighting him, I say sabotaging the economy in hopes of regaining the White House. Right now with this debt ceiling crisis going on.Boehner and the Congress is out on vacation for 11 days. Some people say,Obama have been in there long enough this is his economy now. I say, if I drove my car off the cliff but my brother is down there trying to get it up. Now when the policemen come by and ask who drove the car off the cliff, am I to say it was my brother because he is down there trying to get the car back up. Okay, GW Bush drove this economy this country off the cliff, and Obama have been trying to get it back up and running. So yes G W Bush is responsible, 85%. He had this country headed in a second great depression.

This is a silly question but I have always wondered what GWB wrote in that letter which was sitting on the desk in the Oval Office when Obama took over. The first thing Obama did was read that letter.
