Also, have you ever seem a president invite to the WH, so many different sports teams? He loves his sports. The ESPN president!

Yes, our President loves his sports, but then gives him the perfect chance to mingle with the people. He’s a people person. 🙂

Its about honoring the sports team victory and also exposing the youth in the DC area to these professionals. The President also requires each team to give back in service to the community of DC as well.

      Thanks for the article Jovie.

I loved the fact that for his 50th birthday wish; he wants a much lower unemployment rate and much lower gas prices. From your lips to God’s ears Mr. President.

The interviewer’s questions were clear and concise and gave PBO another audience and venue to tout the benefits of the ACA, the fight to reform Medicare in a sane conscientious manner and to make sure Social Security continues to remain solvent for one and all.

First let me say I Love POTUS!! He’s the MAN! His smile is so beautiful. It’s really genuine and contagious. When you see his smile you smile. That first photo of him standing behind the podium, there is a guy standing directly behind him with matching ears. How Cute??? He has little President ears…

Hi LAPalm, yep, they’re home – no photos though, I suppose they deserve privacy some times!

First Lady Michelle Obama was back in the United States late Sunday after a week-long tour of southern Africa where she met icons of the liberation movement and took in a short safari.

Obama, who travelled with her daughters Malia and Sasha, two of their cousins, and her mother, Marian Robinson, landed just after 10:30 pm (0230 GMT Monday, 10am Singapore time) at Andrews Air Force Base, just outside the US capital, a journalist on the flight reported.

Great video. The best thing about members of this team is that they’re wonderful human beings who understand the concept of giving back in whatever capacity one is able to do so.

Another example of POTUS & FLOTUS making the White House the People’s House. I don’t follow soccer – even here in LA (unbelievable huh?!), but I knew these guys had won and I’m happy to see that the President doesn’t just extend this trip to NBA & NFL winners. Mr. President, you’re a CHAMPION in my eyes.

As a former college soccer player, and an avid fan of the game, I am thrilled to see President Obama welcome the the MLS Champions, the Colorado Rapids, to the White House. May be I am biased, but I believe soccer is one the most exciting sports in the whole world. It’s really a shame that it has taken so long for the U.S. to finally recognize this sport that is loved by people all over the world.
