Yes, she made a good argument. However, I am sick of democrats loving what they hate. They hate the clannish disposition of the GOP but want to adopt the same disposition. Anthony Weiner is wrong and needs help to save marriage and his inner self. If you really love and respect a person, the way progressives say they love and respect Weiner, they will ask him to step down and not drag his wife down a pit of public hell for political gain. This is not about the party, this is about the health and well being Mr. and Mrs. Weiner.
That’s a pretty scathing article about Weiner’s tactics to rise to fame. It explains perhaps why Weiner seems to target President Obama in a very personal way. I don’t have any sympathy for him.

I didn’t give one damn about the Weiner story. Only time he had crossed my radar screen was when he was screaming his little head off about something or other, or when he was nipping at PBO’s heels. Being from NYC, I had a vaguely poor opinion of him, but nothing specifically negative.
I found it curious that faux progressives love these screaming loose cannons — Weiner, Alan Grayson, Kucinich, Howard Dean (to some extent) who get absolutely NOTHING DONE.

When anyone resorts to racial tactics of fear and otherness to get elected they are imo willing to DO or SAY anything to get elected.. and imo that also suggests that they are willing to DO or SAY anything to stay elected. He is and apparently always has been from this history of his beginnings, a divider of people. I would suggest that he most certainly has had aspirations to be President- which would explain his need to attack POTUS so frequently… and he is obviously very comfortable using race as a divider in his tactics. I could care less what happens to Weiner, although I don’t think he should resign for whats occured of late, I do think he ought to shut the hell up unless he plans to attack his republican co-workers.
Haven’t said this yet today: I love my President. He is the most brilliant, compassionate, intelligent, articulate, eloquent, dashing, debonair, courageous, most handsome, sexy, president ever.

Again good morning everyone. I just got back from breakfast with friends, it is pouring rain here in MT. The rivers are all at flood stage and the snow in the mountains hasn’t started to melt yet. We wish we could give some of this water to all the states where there are fires.
