Aimée Kligman (Examiner): … a march organized by various peace groups and political parties of Israel…delivered 25,000 people in the streets of Central Tel Aviv in support of the establishment of a Palestinian state based on 1967 borders.

….The posters are worth a thousand words, especially the one showing President Barack Obama, and the words yes we ‘ken’ (ken means yes in Hebrew). Other posters in red show the year 1967 with either Hebrew or Arabic text under the year. Today, the pro-peace lobby group JStreet is jumping on the bandwagon, and offering a free Obama poster in the original English/Hebrew to all who support the US president’s vision of a two-state solution.

This show of support in Israel doesn’t come a moment too soon. Especially as critics and detractors of the President’s message distort the facts, in what they imagine to be unconditional support of Prime Minister’s Netanyahu and his position.

…An 80-year old woman, Professor Yenina Altman, came from Haifa to attend the rally. She said: ‘It’s important for me to express the desire to see the Palestinians independent. I came from Poland after my entire family perished. I had been in a ghetto and a concentration camp. I would like to have my country show respect for the Palestinians and recognize their right to an independent state just as we desired for ourselves.’

Beause it’s not the narrative they want to tell.

Last month when the fantastic job report came out ……crickets.
We all have to remember this is the same media that sat by and allowed us to be lied into a war.

It’s because the media and the Republicans don’t really understand how “grassroots” really works. When a neighbor, co-worker, family member hear the truth from someone they trust, they may question the lies from the media and some TV personalities whom they don’t know. They think that their little echo chamber of lies is amplifying the noise, but all they’re doing is talking to themselves. When the President gets out onto local TV stations and people actually meet him or hear his words directly from his own mouth, they override the nonsense from the networks. Remember, Fox only reaches three million people. That’s only one percent of the country. I’m sure the President has reached more than that many in the years he’s been out on the national/international stage, and he’s definitely touched and saved more lives with his policies. The real enemy is apathy – when people know the truth, but they’re too lazy to get to the polls or prepare their documentation so their vote will count, or too lazy to talk to their friends, neighbors and family members.

You will never ever hear about anything good in the US msm.
That is why alot of us cannot wait til the president starts to campaign, until he can get his message out, he is vulnerable to all the smears. And by both sides, no less!

Power to the people. OMG, this is huge! Our president has once again shown that he knows/understands the pulse of the people. Bibi N. and the foolish congress that cheered him on look like out-of-touch fools. 25,000 strong in support. This news should be everywhere.
