I like the video. They should do one with the older Medicare recipients and their children or relatives in the age range 55 and under that stand to lose their Medicare benefits when their time comes. The older people should say that they don’t appreciate the divide and conquer ploy the Ryan plan offers.
Ryan and the GOP thought they could placate the older seniors by telling them that their benefits won’t be changed but that the law would apply to the 55 and under group. What they were not counting on is that the older seniors want their own children to be covered, too.
I hope that Democrats will continue to press this issue. At least they are telling the truth as compared to the GOP last year telling fibs about death panels, etc. They stepped in their own poop, now they need to wallow in it.
And Seniors need to also understand that the Republican push to kill “Obamacare” will take away the protections that Seniors have and the plans to close the donut hole. They will definitely be affected.

This is an utter insult to all those Seniors who so believed in their Country they made regular and steady contributions via payroll deductions over the course of their entire working period. Plus did they ever accrue a penny of interest for the money that they deposited into the FICA funds? Shame on the Republicans, many of who, although they’re independently wealthy, still continue receiving the very proceeds from a Medicare System they want to destroy. And I seem to remember one of the most commonly seen signs at the Tea Party Rallies read “Keep the Government’s hands away from my Medicare!” At the time as insanely paradoxical as it sounded, it now seems almost prophetic in its very nature……

The youth are almost exclusively using the web to watch shows and get their news. I think the web ads are targeting them.
