The little one at the airport, in the video posted a few days ago, had been reaching out to him. All you see is this little arm reaching while PBO heads over to the greeters. Too cute. So is PBO 😀

Such incredible and revealing photos. Pete Souza always has his eyes wide open. He darts and dashes to be sure his lens is just at the right angle. When I saw him in person, he was just as I imagined he would be – serious, sharp and very animated. I love this man for all the treasures great and small he’s delivered time and time again. I wonder if he’ll ever write a book. I would for certain be among his reader. GREAT JOB, PETE!!

I love all the photos. My favs. are the first photo of the President and the last photo of the First Lady. They are so good with children. The behind the scene moments are always some of the best to me.
Thanks for searching, finding, and sharing.

All the pictures are great. I really like the first picture with PBO and the little boy laughing. I also like the little girl in the Miami picture. So bright-eyed. I wonder what she said to him. Now the two women next to the little girl…hmmm I wonder if they came dressed to impress 🙂 PBO. They better back up. They cannot compete or distract PBO from FLOTUS.

Hahaha….I thought the same about those 2 women. And that little girl is just adorable. Gotta feel kind of silly when a toddler shows you up in front of the President 😀

I remember when POTUS and FLOTUS was on Oprah and he talked about their trip to Maine, how he and Michelle andd the girls and Bo was out hiking and Malia was making up some kind of song, and when they they came to this river he tought the girls how to skip stones in the river, you could see how special moments like that with his family is to him and Michelle. The President told Oprah you can’t beat it, those moments like that.

I love seeing FLOTUS and Dr. Biden together. They just look like that are having fun, and that they are enjoying each other’s company. I have never seen a First Lady and Second Lady having so much fun and respect for each other. Plus they are both accomplished women who are using their acccomplishments to help others and the country. Love those outfits also.

My family and friends here: I forgot to mention earlier that if you are interested there is a great DVD on The President’s Photographer/National Geographic with Pete Souza featured with POTUS. It is great. I ordered it from PBS sometime ago. Wonderful moments throughout. I believe everyone will enjoy it. A nice one to have in your history library. I look at it often to remind me of our wonderful President and our wonderful President’s Photographer, Pete. I can’t wait to see the books that Pete hopefully will write from his journey. I love Pete.

I just love that the 1st Couple appear to put everyone at ease in most of the pics – people are either laughing/grining. The 1st pic is too precious.

I just love the photo of the President shaking hands with the little girl in Miama. Everyone in our office has adopted this little sweetie. “She is our future” and appears so grown-up the way she looks President Obama directly in the eyes and shakes his hand. We will here from her when she grows up. The President and First Lady appear both approachable and welcoming, they are an amazing couple and I am so proud of the both of them. God bless the Obama family and God bless America!
