Halo, thanks so much for telling us about Ray LaHood’s interview on Hardball, will try to find the video – this will do for now!
One question: What is on John Mica’s head in that video? 😯
Mention of LaHood reminds me of this gem:
Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood, a Republican member of the Cabinet, feigns being a blocking back for President Barack Obama as he arrives backstage to meet with GOP House leaders before speaking to their issues conference at the Renaissance Baltimore Harbor Place Hotel in Baltimore, Md., Jan. 29, 2010. You gotta leave your blog and go to YouTube to view this video, not good.
(At least that is what it says when I click it to play.)
You sound as lazy as me TO – hey, one click and you’re watching it on YouTube! 😆
Uploading it as we speak, so I’ll post a viewable version here soon …. just to save you that click 😉
If you are gonna give YouTube the clicks might as well close shop or give the clicks to HP if you know what I mean. I detest both and for valid reasons soon to be shared.
Sometimes I wonder why you come here, TO, so many complaints……
Reread what I wrote my friend. I love your website. I loathe YouTube and HP.
I got your point TO, whatever about YouTube I try never to link to HP, for obvious reasons.
I’m just saying, you complain a lot about videos posted here, either because (initially) they’re not viewable outside America, or that you have to go to YouTube to see them.
I always try to avoid that happening (hey, I’m outside the US too!) and usually convert them – it takes a lot of time, but I’m happy to do it because I’m thrilled that so many non-US people visit the blog.
But sometimes when I post a video from YouTube I miss that it’s US only (I change my proxy to view them), or that it’s only viewable on YouTube, like with this one. Just let me know and I’ll sort it out!
The truth is, I just don’t have the time to convert every YouTube video I post, so while I appreciate you have objections to YouTube (I do too – particularly with the vile racist stuff they allow on the site), I can’t convert everything to deny them ‘clicks’ – and remember, when you click a YouTube video on this blog, it adds to the views on YouTube.
I don’t want to fall out with you TO, I really appreciate what you bring here, but I think sometimes you forget this blog is just one person’s work. Take care.
I remember this picture 🙂 It was the day he kicked the Republicans ass in their own house LOL. It was spell bounding. Awesome. The news media that day lost their minds :)) Oh and the memories of the campaign trail promises just gets better and better.
Here is the video of the knock down at the Republicans caucus.
Oh Brezzy, one of my most cherished memories!! Thanks so much for posting this 😉
Thanks, I didn’t realize that if I posted the link to a video it would show up on the site until yesterday. I was like wow and dumbstruck. LOL I love this video to. Just imagine what his Presidential library is going to be like with all the behind the scenes pictures, videos of all the meetings and pages of documents. It’s going to be awesome.
thanks, Brezzydee!! I love this video and am glad to re-watch and re-watch over and over again!
I LOVE that video. Thanks for posting, Breezy. I’m a newbie here and am seriously addicted to all the flashbacks that you all post. I was amazed then when I first saw it, and now that so many new perspectives are in play, it’s that much more powerful today!
GO Obama!
I had not watched this before tonight. Thank you Breezy.
Thank you Chipsticks for posting much needed information like this.
YAY FOR HS RAIL!!
Ah, the Baltimore Massacre. Good times, good times.
😆
theboysisters, you always make me smile – thank you!
This is great!! Proud of you Mr President! Keep on serving the american people well!
You know this is the third or so interview I’ve seen with this lady and quite frankly when she’s not reading off the Republican memo sheet, she asks some of the most ridiculous questions imaginable.
