M4O, our President is not only Commander-In-Chief, he’s also Comforter-in-Chief, Protector-in-Chief, Teacher-in-Chief, Husband-in-Chief, Father-in-Chief, my Hero-in-Chief. He’s this nation’s conscience. He’s our moral compass. He is the leader we need at this moment in history. It’s a tumultuous time, and God knows no one else would be able to get us through. He knew we needed a great man, and he sent us one.

Very nice. I have been surfing most of the day.

Hagiana on huffypuffy only mentioned the soldiers. It would be just like that piece of trash to give no credit whatsoever to the president.

Hi Chip! Here’s something I found on Mrs. O’s site. Just thought the TOD family would appreciate the heads up:

“America’s Moms — with Michelle Obama and Jill Biden” will air Sunday, May 8 at 8pm EST on the Hallmark Channel. For more information:

Join Martha Stewart, First Lady Michelle Obama, and Dr. Jill Biden for a celebration of mothers with a tribute to the country’s military families. In intimate conversation, Mrs. Obama and Dr. Biden share their thoughts on motherhood with Martha and talk about their “Joining Forces” initiative, which supports America’s military wives and mothers. On location in Camp Lejeune in North Carolina, Martha, Mrs. Obama, and Dr. Biden participate in a grand baby shower for 40 expectant mothers whose spouses are serving overseas. Martha teaches the moms-to-be the art of scrapbooking to help preserve precious moments, and offers a touching gift for all the babies born this year at Camp Lejeune to mark the momentous occasion.

        Little preview here: http://www.marthastewart.com/show/martha-stewart-presents-americas-moms-with-michelle-obama-and-jill-biden?xsc=eml_edf_2011_04_19_i

Chipstick, you are truly wonderful. It is true that she is a hag. I am sorry, I do not mean to belittle women. I am a woman and have been fighting for women’s rights since the sixties. She is a ghoul. That woman has been after Obama since he was elected.

challenge for your chipstics, you love me, I adore you. That is the biggest compliment I could give anyone. dr

President Obama is bringing the pride back in a real and meaningful way (not at all in the way that the repubs think of American pride).

I have disliked Steve Croft’s tone and manner toward the president from the first time he interviewed PBO before he ran for election, up to the last time that I saw a full interview. He still thinks that he is speaking to candidate Obama, rather than President Obama. If he speaks to PBO without respect at any time during this interview, he and CBS will hear from me and all of my friends and family. Tough questions are fine; petty ones uttered in a dismissive tone are not. Steve’s inflated ego and studied cynicism do not allow him to believe that the president is the real deal. Maybe he is just fearful of disappointment (Clinton let a lot of people down) or maybe it is all about the lust for fame and recognition as being the one who stuck it to someone in power who is loved and respected by so many.

I will watch, and I agree, in the past Croft has been disdainful. If he conducts this interview in the same tone they will be hearing from me.

I’m right beside you,CEB. I won’t tolerate disrespect to the President by Croft (or anyone, for that matter).

Steve is a little man who exists because he is a sniper who who tries to destroy others. He is a small, petty, and an unremarkable person. In my world, I think Obama looks at him as a ant crawling over Obama’s shoe.

I am also CEB. I noticed that also, and I will be watching and will write. I wrote David Gregory on MTP to tell him how disrespectful he was in not addressing the President correctly with respect. He cleaned himself up a little on that issue. Most of these people are so angry that President Barack Obama is the President, and he is sitting in that Oval Office doing his job like no other in my lifetime.

All of the haterologists are livid that we as a nation, had the courage and foresight to elect this awesome human being as our President! and as for Ms. Huffy… ooo I can barely tolerate her “non-American” “self” speaking in a tone that makes me wanna slap her in the manner you would slap an insolent child! Some of my liberal folks/friends give her all mighty praise and I look at them with disdain and say: Really????? but again, I love this new site I’ve found last month and you all give me such splendid energy in the struggle to teach those that do now know or understand how incredibly fortunate we are to have President Barack Obama at the helm!!!
