a brighter day will come

President Barack Obama and firefighters toast during a lunch at Engine 54, Ladder 4, Battalion 9 Firehouse in New York, N.Y., May 5, 2011. The firehouse, known as the “Pride of Midtown,” lost 15 firefighters on 9/11 – an entire shift and more than any other New York Firehouse. The 15 men killed had 28 children between them. Firefighters from Engine 54 were the first to arrive on the scene for the attempted Times Square bombing last year. (Official White House Photo by Pete Souza)

Looking at this picture, I see what that firefighter was saying when he said that POTUS talked with them – like a regular person would. He seems to have a way (and FLOTUS too) of making one feel comfortable around them. It’s a gift – especially since they are the FIRST FAMILY of The United States. May God continue to bless them and the United States of America. Thanks Chipsticks for you have been very very busy today.

Again, thank you Chipsticks for our home. This photo says so much beautiful human character about these men and our President. May God bless them and their families as this is a very emotional time for all of us. We thank them for their service. We have a great country, now we just need to continue to pray for those who just can’t love those in it who are trying their very best to make it work beautifully.

When I look at the different pictures of Our President, I almost feel as if he took me with him and I am apart of this. I have become one of the millions who are committed by be one. You know the true meaning of “We The People”.

Looking at this picture you realize that the Secret Service performs an awesome job and they have a monumental task in the protection of the First Family and others. They deserve a great thank you. You break bread with friends and what a great friend our President.
