THIS WILL BE AN EXCITING DAY FOR OUR ‘FIRST COUPLE’…EVEN THOUGH THEY WOULD NEVER SAY IT…I AM SURE THEIR HEARTS ACHE FOR THEIR HOMETOWN. PEOPLE DON’T REALIZE THAT BEING PRESIDENT WITH FAMILY IN TOW IS NOT A VISIT TO ‘PERK-LAND’. IT INVOLVES ALOT OF PERSONAL SACRIFICE,ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE CHILDREN INVOLVED. OUR ‘FIRST COUPLE’ NEVER COMPLAINS BECAUSE THEY ARE DEVOTED TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE…AND IT SHOWS! I CAN’T HELP BUT THINK THAT WE ARE MISSING THE MOST IMPORTANT MESSAGE IN THE PRESIDENT’S CAMPAIGN…WE NEED TO SPREAD THE WORD ‘COMPASSION’ EVERYWHERE BECAUSE THIS IS THE ‘KEY’…THIS IS WHAT HE STANDS FOR! GO OBAMA 2012! GOD LOVE HIM AND HE DOES!

Good morning, and thank you again for this blog and all the followers who comment on it. I’ve been a member of Democratic Underground for many years — don’t comment much but used to read a lot. “Used to” being the key here. I got up early this morning, looked over The Obama Diary for news and comment, then to DU. What a difference! I decided then and there I don’t need all that negativity in my life and deleted the DU bookmark from my browser. Thanks for providing an alternative where I can find the news and encouragement I need. Have a great day, everyone.

Yikes, President Obama’s schedule would do in most people. Remember when W’s normal day was breakfast, bike ride, lunch, nap, play with Barney, din and to bed by 8:30?
I wish the Obamas had a nicer weather day for their Chgo visit. It’s raining, but the local news showed a long line already waiting to get into the Oprah taping. I’ll be anxious to watch the program, scheduled for Monday, right?

Does anyone know how to get coffee spray off a computer screen?

      😆

Good Morning and a Blessed Wednesday to all! 😆

[And I say that after having read from the top of the site and seeing the President’s response to the idiotic behaviour of the media over the birther garbage.]

Good Morning Chipsticks and my family here. Thank you again Chipsticks for this great peaceful place. May your blessings me so full and your actions continue to show the love and care you share on this lovely creation that you have made for us.
Thank you. We will go forth with smiles just like our President. Let us wrap our arms around someone today with a phone call, a note, a text message, or an e mail to the WH. We can live in a zone that is filled with love, peace, and grace. Let us define our space, not the hateful noise.
