Fred I thank GOD for you and MILLIONS like you. Let’s stay strong for this First Family and this country!

I met an older lady out shopping yesterday and we got chatting as we waited to pay for our purchases.

She told me that her church now has a permanent prayer ministry that specifically prays for President Obama and his family!!!

She says to me that with each attack on the President her church doubles down on their prayers for him!!!

She smiled as she calmly said to me, “do you not see how calm he stays? It is *our* prayers and God that holds him up and we are *never* going to let up until he completes his second term in office and not even the. The devil is a liar but we have him squashed under our God guided feet!!!

Well now take a look at those pictures folks.. this nonsense didn’t make a dent in POTUS’s day.. onward and upward.. that is our President & First Lady.

Chipsticks you’re a genius.. I just saw them on TV a minute ago and they were holding each other and smiling and laughing as they went to board Air Force One with the First Grandma… and now I can go to classes with a modicum of peace and a twinkle in my eye. If the President and First Lady have the fortitude and sublime grace to still smile in the face of filth, then you know what?… The world can be a better place. They both look gorgeous by the way. 😀

I was a little upset earlier but it’s good to see PBO smiling. It’s he’s good then I’m good.

Folks, while I am angry as hell that he had to even do this and despise that asshole Trump with all my being, I think we should do what the President and First Lady just did after that. Just walk.

Love that yellow :-)! Just fabulous. Hope they have a lovely time back home in Chicago, even if it’s only for a few hours.

It looks to me like Barack is trying to lift Michelle who is probably rightfully spitting mad and in disbelief about all the garbage they are unfairly forced to confront. I’m so grateful they have each other and that strong love which is so palpable which must help them to carry on and move forward.

Yes Dotster, that’s what I’m sensing as well. Cauz you know, you don’t wanna make a black woman upset about her Husband, who Is a Good Man 🙂

I thought the same thing – he looked like he was trying to lighten her mood, and she wasn’t having any of it. I wouldn’t either. They’ve sacrificed a lot, and their children have, too. And all they want to do is make people’s lives better. I hope people get some brains before their children become teenagers – these racist bullies need to be isolated and ignored.

They are too amazing and beautiful! I can’t but help but think of how fitting the title of the other beloved blog is……PBO IS the only ADULT in the room.

Is that the first Grandma going to Chicago today too? I love that we have a first Grandma in the White House!

God bless them all each and every day.

The First Grandma said, “I’m going with you guys…I’m not staying here (in DC) with this craziness”.

I love our President and First Lady and I support them. I think I am going to write my President to let him know that despite all the B.S. he goes through sometimes, there are people out there who are still in his corner. 1000 percent!!!!!!!

Love those pics. I just love Michelle’s coat. Yellow is such a beautiful pick me up color. Just what we all needed. I agree with all who say we must move on and not let this get us down. We have more important things to concentrate on. Although I do think Color of Change should go after Trumps TV program like they did Beck.

Such a beautiful couple. POTUS is an extremely balanced person. He did what he had to do and then he gets over it. Checks that off his list and moving on. That is just the way he is. Now Michelle, bless her heart, does a lot of good in this world and keeps a strong upper lip but I really feel it hurts her more than she lets on. I can see it in her expression and how her wave is a little soft and how she had her hand in a knot and not open and free showing off those gorgeous hands. But I am sure that in the plane he will have her laughing before they land in Chicago. Going home. Seeing that city she loves as they fly in looking out the window at the skyline. They will be fine. God has them in the palm of His hand and has some barriers for them to break down and do some good for our country. That is why he is there. There is not a living person in this world that could fill his shoes. We know it and we will stand with him and continue praying and marvel at what he can achieve even when the forces are trying to push him down and make him fail, but he won’t because he has been called and is on a mission. He has the car in forward.

There is one thing we can do though and it won’t be easy. We have to give a very small part of our day sending out love to his enemies and asking God to clear their brains and open their eyes and even to shut their mouths somehow to see the goodness in this man. I not saying it will be easy but it is the right thing to do.

Look at that smile….as long as he can smile like that, after all that crap, means the world to me and it means that I can go on smiling too. Keep smiling folks, we still have a long way to go and alot of work to do, but I’M IN, now more than ever!!!!

I love to see the two of them walking together, he with his arm around her waist…..Going home always feels good. Mayor Daley is there to greet them with a big smile, and the people of Chicago will love him like they always have, and like all of us do.

No Biggy! He’s not the kind of President that lets this kind of non-sense get under his skin and ruffle his feathers. I’m positive of that. He’s to freaking awesome. With a smile like that, he just slapped all his haters in the mouth. The first family will be just fine. HE’S THE MAN!!! #Waiting to see them Oprah. 😀

Oh, I Love the above video. He did it so cool. I liked the part when he dusted off his pants.

God bless em. Glad he’s got his loved ones around him and that he will be lifted by the love that will be shown when they get to Chicago. Can just imagine Rahm swearing up a storm at those mother……., that will surely bring laughter to all.

    🙂

May God bless and surround them daily with his love and protection! May they feel the loving support that’s out there for them, despite the noise of the crazies. Hopefully some of that love will be obvious to them as they land in Chicago.

For President Obama to want to continue in this job given the stupidity and childishness that surround him, the obstructionism, the loss of family income, the lack of respect, and the ineptness of the media just confirms to me his commitment to the middle class and to society as a whole. He knows he has something to offer that we need, and he’s fighting all obstacles to be able to steer the ship closer to a more successful course. Personally, I wouldn’t be sorry if he had chosen not to continue. Disappointed for the country, but not sorry!
