Gosh, I’m so hungryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy just watching. It looks so appetizing and appealing, Lord knows, I love to eat, and I have the nerve to be diabetic too 😦 When I first found out that I had Diabetes, I tell ya’ I cried everyday for about three months. My Dr. told me to lose twenty-lbs, which I did, but I was crying as I was eating three Ounces of meat for dinner, Chicken, or Fish a third cup of this, and a quarter cup of that. Yeah, I was truly depressed, let me tell ya’. I was never on Insulin, but I was on a low dose pill, and of course, I hit the GYM twice a week at least. however, I’m Happy to say that I’m not on any meds now, being that I was obedient to my Body. Now that was hard, whew! Oops, I didn’t Intend to go on and on about this, Oh, I’m so sorry. Later ~~~~~~~~

Luci1119 Your post really cracked me up! Don’t feel bad. It’s hard not to feel hungry watching this! I’m glad you got your diabetes under control.

That was fun to watch. The first lady was really enjoying that food too. Everyone was having such a good time just eating and talking 🙂

Diabetes is no picnic, especially if you fail to actively control eating and exercise. We have a pre-disposition to it throughout my Mother’s family and their are horror stories to tell. Love yourself by being good to your body…they tend to return the favor. Glad you are taking good care of yourself Luci.

Michelle is such a delight! This was a great video…but I felt bad for the hungry mouths in the audience, mostly mine.

I don’t recall paying any attention to the White House Easter Egg Roll before, not like I have with this First Family. I have been sitting here looking at the pictures, looking at the videos, reading the comments. It has been a blast. Our President and First Lady make everyone feel welcome, and they really have improve the whole thing.
