Very exciting – but glad we can watch this event online.

I am so jazzed about this election, frankly I believe if we all get involved- not only will POTUS win again he will win HUGE. We will have to work hard, leave no stone unturned, but we are capable and able to make that effort I believe. This election is OURS to WIN imo.

Another comment… what I find fascinating is his argument about raising taxes for the wealthiest americans. He doesn’t use vindictive language, demeaning language, confrontational language. No. He makes a moral argument and a patriotic argument in the most gentle, gemnerous, positive, uplifting way. And he personalises it: “it makes me feel good to see this couple of seniors walking down the street, knowing that they have the security they need, it makes me feel good to see those kids who have a better education…” THIS is how to win hearts. THIS is the best way to disarm the opposition.

I’m still on cloud nine and I wasn’t even in the building with him! But the program format is the same as it was when I was at the USC rally and we were outside. It was very very crowded then as it appears to have been there tonight. It can get quite stuffy, then down right HOT with all of those people packed in to see the president. We had a couple of people faint then as it appears to have happened tonight. And our POTUS was on point and acknowledged the situation and kept everyone calm then continued with his speech. He is a true leader, calm and in control. So during the warm-up, I was here in my living room standing and moving to the music as if I was there with all of them. Jamie Foxx has done this for POTUS a couple of times now. He’s got a pretty sweet gig!! Now I’m here reading y’all’s comments and just smiling at how engaged and excited you all are. At one point, my CNN feed froze too and I quickly went to the link Chipsticks provided and was in like Flynn. Chipsticks you are AWESOME! I was at the Sony event tonight. And it was off the charts unbelievable. I walked, stood for hours and then walked again at the end of the evening. And if I had to do it all over again tomorrow I would. It was a spectacular evening. One of the best moments of my “seasoned” life to take Jamie’s phraseology.
President Obama was on fire and the crowd of supporters went along for the ride. It was the usual diverse crowd, but I think women out numbered men 6 to 1.

And if I had to do it all over again tomorrow I would. It was a spectacular evening. One of the best moments of my “seasoned” life to take Jamie’s phraseology.
President Obama was on fire and the crowd of supporters went along for the ride. It was the usual diverse crowd, but I think women out numbered men 6 to 1.
