old pals

President Obama is introduced by Chicago Mayor-elect Rahm Emanuel at a DNC fundraiser at Navy Pier in Chicago, April 14

“Yes, he is foul-mouthed, yes that finger thing is a little creepy, but I love him anyway,” Obama said of his ex-chief of staff.

Damn it, I was about to go bed, now am more fired up and ready to go. The speech was energizing with all the screaming ladies, so many young people, and that baseball cap really through me off my sofa. Am sleeping a happy girl.

We are blessed to have a leader that has a consistent message. His mouth is where it should be and not in the side of his neck. Also saw a small bit off anger/frustration. Not sure which but i got a feeling he’s getting ready to go to battle stations. So dog the hatches and make ready. Things are gonna get exciting.

Yes we are. I enjoyed all the screaming. Definitely an energized crowd. Is he handsome in that Bulls hat or what?

When will the President and First Lady be back in D.C.? I know Michelle miss the girls. I’m sure she doesn’t want to be away from them to long.

I just love those two together. Here they are both winners and have such a tight friendship that Obama can tease the heck out of Ralm and he just laughs along with him. No jealosy, no competivieness both working for Americans

They need to stand together swaying back and forth singing Chicago while Ralm throws in a few ballet leaps and piroquets.

    Chicago, chicago that toddling town
Chicago, chicago I’ll show you around – I love it
Bet your bottom dollar you’ll lose the blues in chicago
The town that billy’s sunday could not shut down

On state street that great street I just want to say
They do things that they don’t do on broadway – say
They have the time the time of their life
I say a man and he danced with his wife
In chicago, my home town 😆 😆
