    Good Morning to You!
Hasn’t this been an exciting week! Finally our dear president is getting some of the long overdue appreciation and respect due him. Thank you so much for helping us find all of the comments, pictures, and reports that make it all so vivid!
And I find it very interesting to keep track of where all of the presidential team will be during the day.
I used to make a trip to THE WHITEHOUSE to find out.. but now I just come here… you have it all!! – Thank you again for helping us stay encouraged and aware!
And by the way I am now the 85 year old , wheelchair bound, (white) lady with all kinds of kids and grandkids who love our president and his family, too!

Dottie, I keep meaning to ask you: what is your secret?! You sound to me like you have the energy and enthusiasm of a teenager, you’re just remarkable! Come on, share your secret so that I have a chance of having even half your energy!!

      Morning Dottie…..

I was going to wish you a lovely day….but somehow I suspect that you will see to it that your day is just that.
85 is a considerable accompolishment…congratulations. Revealing your age and your spirit reminded me of a saying that always makes me smile….To keep the heart unwrinkled, to be hopeful, kindly, cheerful, reverant, that is to triumph over old age.
I like the idea of an unwrinkled heart.

In our President, we have much to be grateful for, and isn’t it reassuring that as much as we love him and his family, he always lets us know he “loves us back”!

So glad you are part of this awesome community, what Chipsticks has created here is absolutely good for the heart!

Hiya Sue, isn’t our Dottie something else? 🙂

And remember, this wouldn’t be a community at all if it wasn’t for people like you and Dottie – so, thank YOU!

Hi Chipsticks, It’s the “genetic pool” …. My mother came from an Irish background. Then my interest in political things
started with my love for her father. My grandfather was very politically minded, and involved. I am not able to be very physically active. I do enjoy keeping up with things using my computer.

    • April 14, 2011 at 10:15 am

Ah but Dottie, my blood is Irish but I still don’t have a fraction of your energy or enthusiasm – so that doesn’t explain it! 🙂

But that’s so lovely that you were inspired by your grandfather, what a wonderful legacy.

You’re just amazing, and it’s an honor to have you here.

May his wisdom increase, his compassion be continued, and his faith be renewed daily in doing what is right by people. God grant him your guidance. Bless his day with your grace.

Dottie and Chipsticks, bless your Irish hearts. It is so great to be able to come her and see that we are all cultures and united together in love and praise of our President. I bet you can’t wait for our President to go to Ireland in May. I know I am.
