the space race

….A light moment in the room as the briefing ends: A Russian reporter asks Jay Carney for any comment on his country’s celebration of the 50-year anniversary of space flight.

Carney laughs and congratulates Russia. And he adds: “But we got to the moon first.”

lol. I really like Jay. Love how he smacks the press corpse down sometimes (especially Chuck whatever his last name is), love his little angry moments, subtle but I see it, then he drag in back in with a wry smile and love his passion when speaking in regards to how our President approaches each issue. 😀

I really like Press Secretary Jay Carney. He is looking very comfortable in his new job. I thought the way he handled today’s briefing was excellent. I posted at BWD that it seemed that the jackals were disappointed that there wasn’t a government shutdown. They spent most of the time asking silly “process” questions and trying to get Jay to tell them what President Obama is going to say in his speech on Wednesday.

BTW; I love the picture of Jay and President Obama chatting in the oval office.

He is the White House chef and he is also a personal friend of the Obamas’. He’s been with them since Chicago and now the White House. He is also on the First Lady’s Let’s Move organization.

There are a lot of hotties in the O Admin. But ah, our President is the No. 1 hottie. Look at him standing there all smooth and relaxed with his hands in his pockets. So cool. So debonair.

I love Jay. He is smart, witty and has the patience of Job when it comes to those dumb a** reporters. I love when he puts them in their place. He can come back with a few punches and I think he has decided Chuck is a chipmunk. He wants Jay to mindread the future and always forms his question so he can say something bad about our President and Jay just won’t give it to him. I get so frustrated with those jerks and he handles it all so well. He is like a kindergarten teacher trying to teach babies. They never get it and he has to repeat the same thing at least three or four times over a week and they still can’t figure it out. They will never learn to be a true professional as he is. Love the picture.

Ok now I know who’s Sam Kass. He is the hot-tie from the vegetable garden. You are right he is absolutely fine. At my age it is fun to make comments on cuties. My two grown sons are real cuties, so I really enjoy talking about some other mother’s sons.

Hello all and I just want to comment that there is real tension between Jake Trapper of abc news. Trapper is a snarky son of a witch and he sounds condescending and has a nasty tone when he ask questions. Jay Carney man handled him today…

Lastly, my Jay, Jay is looking great and gaining more and more control of that zoo the so called press room.
