ooops, fox will have to sack their pollsters

Do you approve or disapprove of the job Barack Obama is doing as president?

Hmm, up nine from December – despite all the crap being thrown at him!

😆

Come on Fox, you need to try harder with your promotion of the Chump.

(The Fox News poll is based on landline and cell phone  interviews with 914 randomly chosen registered voters nationwide and was conducted under the joint direction of Anderson Robbins Research (D) and Shaw & Company Research (R) from April 3 to April 5.)

****

Considering their fondness for reversing poll results, I’m half expecting them to report:

“67% OF AMERICANS SAY OBAMA IS AN ALIEN!!”

Hiya BWD, needless to say I won’t ever link the Fox ‘News’ site here, but their headline for the poll made me smile: “More Americans Want a New President Than Want Obama to Stay’.

I was soooooooo surprised they didn’t opt for:

‘49% of Americans approve of President – despite all the shit being thrown at him’

      or

‘62% of Americans think GOP 2012 field is a ****ing joke’.

      😉

Either they are blue collar dems who watch FauxSnooze, or maybe there are a lot of middle ground repugs and/or independents who still prefer PBO to the current options. Heck, I even like to watch faux on occasion. I laugh a lot. They are such nincompoops that I get a kick out of it.

The birth issue also surprises me. That is a better number than I would have imagined.

Here’s the Politicususa story on this poll with all the numbers PBO vs. Chump. It’s so hilarious. PBO kicks his tail!

    //snip
The one thing that jumps out in the new Fox News Poll is that while the right may have hooked on to Trump as their flavor of the month/next great hope to beat Obama, the rest of the country isn’t into it. Despite all of his birther related Fox News publicity, Trump has a very limited appeal for voters. Obama leads Trump overall 52%-34%. Obama leads Trump with Independents 50%-31%. Obama leads Trump with both men (50%-36%) and women (55%-32%). Obama leads Trump among both whites (44%-40%) and non-whites (76%-17%).

Obama leads big with both those who have a college degree (53%-34%) and those who don’t (52%-35%). The President leads among all age groups, even the senior citizen set that went for McCain in 2008 (48%-38%). Obama leads with both those making under $50,000 a year (61%-29%), and over $50,000 a year (47%-39%). The President crushes Trump with moderates (55%-17%), and strongly leads with Independents (50%-31%). Donald Trump only leads Obama among three interrelated groups, Republicans (62%-19%), Tea Partiers (70%-17%) and conservatives (52%-33%).

They can’t even add up to a hundred. Someone correct me If I’m wrong but the top number on first chart comes out to 101. percent.

I personally don’t like when this or any other blog site or media outlet highlights Faux lies or anything else that draws more attention to Faux. I say either the only 2 things that should be done is highlighting campaigns to put pressure on advertisers to boycott them or boycott the advertisers directly. If you are not doing that then you should just be ignoring Faux. Full stop!

Faux should be treated like the back water swamp of journalism that it is. Not as a main stream media outlet.

Have to disagree Fred (strongly!), I think it’s crucial for every blog in cyberspace (!) to highlight and expose Fox lies – if you ignore them then they’re never held to account. As recent polls have shown, the number of people who believe Fox to be a credible news channel is falling, I’m certain that’s partly (mainly?) because their lies have been exposed.
