I listen to the speech and I enjoyed it, bjw2. This is another reason why I like this President, when the haters talk about he is not like them. Tell me how many Americans go to college on student loans and take years to work to pay those loans off. That is the life of a middle class American, so while he is not like the haters, he and his wife are like most Americans who go to college. Barack and Michelle are not like those rich folks who was born with a silver spoon in their mouth. They worked to get were they are, sound like most average hard working Americans to me. Who are the ones who would blame Obama if the Government shut down? I see this President working hard to try to stop this shutdown. He has met Boehner halfway. I see Boehner saying either I get what I want or the Government shuts down. It has to be Republicans who put the blame on the President. Because any senseble person can see the blame lies with Boehner and his Tea Party.
He looks like he maybe ready to kick some butt to me. Mucho furioso.
oh The President moved the meeting to this evening. awesome!! Can’t wait to see what messed up excues repubs come up with for not agreeing to a deal they PROPOSED in the first place. GOODLUCK Mr. President and VP Biden. They’re gonna need the patience of Job to cut through repub crap. But Looking at this picture.. looks like President Obama is ready for battle 😀
