Again I say when it comes to President Obama – “There is no rest for the weary”. He really looks tired in that second photo. The mother in me wants to scoop him up in my arms and give him a big hug.

There is another conference call scheduled with him and VP Biden tonight at 8:30 p.m. I don’t know how he keeps up with his relentless schedule. I have to give kudos to his amazing staff and cabinet. They are civil servants of the highest order. I just imagine them burning the midnight oil all the time.

I have been waiting for President Obama to do this. He is basically taking the budge crisis to the American people. He just makes sense. I didn’t see all of his comments, but what I heard was awesome. He truly is the only adult in the room. I can’t wait to see the full press conference.

We need to give President Obama a break. We need to make sure all the republicans who are running next election are defeated so we can get on with the rebuilding of America.

Ahh POB does look tired In the second snapshot 😦 He Is the hardest working President, that I ever heard of, bless his little heart 🙂 But President Obama, I want you to know, that I believe In my heart, that you will go down In History as the “BEST” President ever. You have done so much In your two years as Commander And Chief. Mr President, you have kept your word, to the best of “YOUR” ability. You have done a lot of the things you Campaigned on. Mr President, please know, that there are a “LOT” of us, that are well pleased with your “LEADERSHIP”. There are a LOT of us, that genuinely appreciate you, and your passion for LEADING our Country. Mr. President, there are a LOT of us, who genuinely LOVE you, SUPPORT you, and have your BACK. Thank you President Obama, Thank You 🙂

I like to think of President Obama’s re-election campaign as the WE Campaign. Not us against them, but by inclusion, awakening our collective responsibility to one another, and our civic responsibility to a government determined by and working for We the People. We are the ones we have been waiting for. A little prayer for all who work to enlighten, engage and empower our fellow citizens, and in particular for our leaders who work to represent and serve always, the greater good. May God give us strength and be our shield.

Eleroy, observing these photos I sensed a very real connection between these two men. Just my initial reaction. I hope they in fact have a meaningful and productive relationship.

Sue, President Obama spoke highly of his meeting with Peres while he was in this press conference today. I could see from the photos that they seem to have a very good connection also Sue. Yes, we must keep praying for our President daily. I will close with this quote:

“May the world be kind to you,
and may your own thoughts be gentle upon yourself.” Huie

Our wonderful President must think this to himself daily. I think that is one thing that keeps him going besides his faith, Michelle and the girls.
