A lot of these pictures from the president’s trip to South America remind me of the famous quote from John F. Kennedy when he made a presidential visit to France. “I am the man who accompanied Jacqueline Kennedy to Paris.”

I think they split up the tasks. She takes the cultural charmer role, and he gets down to business. It’s not just simply a pleasure trip – they really are there to do foreign policy, on many levels. And especially at this time, there’s so much finesse in dealing with the global shift in power – so many billions of lives at stake, and so many young futures to secure. I think they take it very seriously, which is a wonder to behold. (Especially with the other jokers in government doing the exact opposite).

Amen Theo, they are both brilliant; each always supporting the other, feeding each other mutual strength and love when neeeded. Truly a wonder, we are so lucky to have them both representing our country.

Such teamwork! Each has a role, and does the work beautifully. When was the last time we saw this kind of teamwork between a president and his wife? They truly support each other, and promote the U.S. A marvelous pair.

Carolyn and my friends, I do not recall in my lifetime. They are an exceptional couple and two remarkable workers of peace, love, and compassion around the world. I am so proud to call him, Mr. President and her Our Beloved First Lady. We are truly blessed to witness this all happening in our lifetime.
