Me4obama, you are so right. This is what it’s all about and why the President’s fellow democrats can’t and the faux progressives can’t see this is beyond me. The republicans are beyond despicable. They would rather let people die than for this President to get credit for helping America. They will have a lot to answer for, these so-called Christians.

We all know that the Republicans don’t give a dam about anyone but the RICH. Look how they fight to keep the Bush tax cuts for the millionaires and billionaires. These Senators and Congress people have good health insurance that we are paying for. Look at how that Governor of Wisconsin want to step all over the middle class, but kiss the ash of those Koch Brothers

We must arm ourselves with prayer and faith and hit the ground running to make sure all that has been achieved will not be destroyed by the hateful republicans. Take a look at what these evil doers are doing at the state level, see them for what they are. We must make sure they can not destroy our country.

Glad the WH is making a real push on educating the public on the health care act. Too few know of the real benefits. Meanwhile the GOP is plotting to destroy one of the most successful programs, Medicare, by privatizing it. Vouchers would only cover a fraction of costs since non-Medicare rates are much higher. Seniors will once again be poor, sick, and die sooner thanks to GOP ideologues. So talk to your neighbors, organize.

Wonderful! That’s what it’s all about. He is there to actually help people, not for his own personal gain (like some other politicians I know)… I love the man. Thanks for this eloquent compilation Ms. Chips!

I was gonna say that I felt like such a dope tearing up as I was rewatching the two videos where the House passed the bill and PBO and staff were watching the tallying of the vote, but…..I can’t help myself. I am one of those lucky grad students who have been able to stay of their parents’ insurance as I continue my education. I’m just so grateful and totally in love with that guy…..It’s unbelieveable and extremely gratifying to see him succeed where so many have failed.
