Ha ha! I love his work, talented to the max. Seems like a great guy too. And look!—there’s Rusty again!

Does Rusty harbour a secret crush on our President?

I think he harbors a really testy envy of PBO. I saw that very plainly at the inauguration. I watch people’s body language and expressions; words can be so deceiving. I think he marvels at PBO’s accomplishments, comparing himself in the small beginnings they both had. I think he aspires to that lofty position but doesn’t know how to do the hard work to obtain it, and doesn’t project the stamina and temperament to face the related challenges of the presidency, especially not this one. Same as McCain insomuch as he wanted the job without all the troubles he’d encounter.

I love it when our President is so calm with all of them. I love that tie, just not solid green, but a “personality green.” Love to see him in charge with intellect, calmness, and kindness. We are bless to have him during this time in our country and in the world. May God continue to bless and give him courage, physical strength and wisdom.

He definitely has the ability to look beyond all of the ugliness that the republicans throw at him. If I were King and Boehner, I’d be ashamed to face PBO, but then again, as Rachel Maddow has said, they have no shame.

So, when I looked at the picture and then the caption of SOH Rusty and Rep Bigot- my brain totally went “yep, that seems about right- nothing un-true here-just keep it moving” LOL

Can’t stand to see those hypocrits on either side of them. They make me sick. It takes a very special person to dog whistle out to their most extreme idiotic demented base about Obama’s secret Kenyan plot or whatever and then look him in the eye and have lunch with him being all smiles and handshakes. Hell has a special place for people like that!

Isn’t that just like him. He picks the two greatest smoozs….Rusty and Piggy and talks to them. He has a very high tolerance. What a guy!!!

You know, Chips, I read your title here, and for the first time I actually thought that Pete Souza might just be as tired as the President! I’ve always just acknowledged to myself that he takes GREAT(insightful) pictures of the President, but I never before now thought of the price he’s no doubt paying. If he’s not himself a Type A personality like the President seems to be, he has got to be run ragged trying to keep up with him. I wonder if he’d be willing to continue as the WH photographer 2012-2016?
