Look at those happy, trusting, innocent faces. Sweet.

Chipsticks, these images are always the same. People inspired and lovin the president. They may grow up not liking him, but he is the symbol of hope and the future. He means something special to so many in this country.

chipstick, I did not understand where you had gone. I got a little worried. Happy that you are back. My favorite photos are actually of white children wanting to shake his hand and being thrilled that they are a part of the moment. It is important that they too seems to feel the wonder of him. If they can grow up to remember him as being special, then I have hope that this nation can become more united. All of this depends upon what the children of our country think about good and evil, and the idea that racially we can be equal in our desire to move everyone forward.

I used to work for a youth-serving organization and twice received requests from the staff of the previous occupant to supply children representative of our organization (1) for a photo-op/meet-and-greet and (2) to participate in an event at the White House. Both times “make sure they are diverse” was explicitly said. You have the feeling they *don’t* have to say that for this President?

Thank you Chipsticks, I love all the picture…but my fav. is last one, how he makes eye contact with the girl and her eyes are just full of inspiration and in awe….It is so easy for him to connects with children, because they know a good loving heart when they see one.
    Love it 🙂
