Once again, the White House press corps are a damn disgrace. So busy trying to get sound bites instead of real information. The President of Mexico and the President of the United States in the same room and someone has the audacity to ask about football. Journalism died 1/20/2009.

Jessica, I agree with you that journalism is dead, but it died long before 1/2/2009. If we had more journalist, then perhaps we wouldn’t have been lied into a war.

bwahahahahahah….I love him. His perfect answer to yet again another stupid question by our foolish press is pperfect. The last part goes for the concern trolling about why he isn’t joining the demonstrations in WI too. I hope hand wringing Rachel Maddow, fat head Schulz and the rest of the PL heard that clearly.

yeah, its not like there isn’t a budget crisis, a mid-east crisis, and so many other things that don’t make it to the cable news.

Who asked that dumbass question? Nobody cares about those rich ass football owners and players. They can figure it out on their own!! SMH!!! I love how the President handled it calmly and sarcastically.

We might however care that these very, very wealthy team owners seek and get much public money to build their stadiums, so the public at least in Minnesota plays a big role in supporting sports team empires and their emperors. If the public can fund stadiums we should be able to also fund education and social services. Think about all the “corporate welfare” that is circulated in our economy…..and yet the rich overlords go to great lengths to obsfucate that reality, demonizing instead the underprivileged and wrapping them in the stigma of welfare. I so wish, we as Americans would recognize achieving balance as a measure worthy of our efforts, it would be so, I don’t know, bipartisan.

I loved our President’s facial expression at the end, without words, he just conveyed how inane and dumbass the press and their questions can be.

Ahh, yes. The final look says it all. There’s some serious mental reprimanding going on behind that smirk.

This press just do not get it at all!!! They see him, but they just DO NOT pay attention to him. Can’t they see the looks on his face when they ask these dumb questions? It is sad to watch this at times. However, I love it when POTUS gives them that LOOK!!!! They just will never get this President. He is NOT playing with his presidency!!! Can’t they see this by now? Shame on them!!!!!
