I will forever carry the lessons I learned from “To Kill A Mockingbird.” Ms. Lee was also awarded with the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2007.

I wonder why Meryl won’t be there. She’s my favorite actress. I’ve seen everything she’s ever been in.

I’m surprised too that Meryl can’t find the time to show up for a presidential award ~ It’s just a 6 hour flight back from London.

      Seriously, wow~

Hachiko, It is one of my favorite books also. Atticus Finch and his wonderful children, boo and the young Truman Capote were all brilliant characters. I wonder why she never wrote another book?

Donald Hall is one of my favorite poets. Two poignant poems we study in my adult studies literature class are “My son, My Executioner” and “The Wedding Couple” Rich, poignant and filled with truth. He is very deserving.
