man in a hurry

President Barack Obama passes staff from the White House Military Office as he jogs along the Colonnade of the White House following an event that ran late in the State Dining Room, March 1, 2011. The departing officers and members of their families were lined up to take departure pictures with the President in Oval Office. (Official White House Photo by Pete Souza)

You are really dating yourself here, Sonjia! I don’t believe that Spot is still running in the 21st century. {Of course, we won’t mention that if I recognize the ‘reader’ that also dates me too.]

President running so as not to keep his special staff and their families waiting – what an act of consideration and respect shown by this President to those who he leads. Small things like these actually reveal the essecense of a person and here we see common decency and humility from the Commander in Chief

I like to see the expressions on the peoples faces when POTUS is in their presence. He is so cute! What a President we have in this special gift to us. Let us enjoy his presidency as much as he seems to enjoy it even through all of the hard work that we see him doing daily for all of us. I am so elated to be in this space and moment of our history.
