Guys I need your support, am cleansing my body with toxic waste starting on Monday. Here is what am ONLY putting in my body that will be good for my brain and sanity. Breakfast, theobamadiary and BwD I like how the morning mash makes me feel. Snack time theobamadiary. Lunchtime theobamadiary and BWD snack time theobamadiary then dinner time theobamadiary and BWD and i tend to cheat so I may snack a lot during the day. Whatam cutting out is ED shultz, lwarence o’dennel makes me bloated, huffingtonpost because it gives me gas, DU gives heartburn and thedailybeast gives me diarrhea, No more CNN, I don’t am allergic to their garbage, FOX, never I hear whoever tries it goes insane beckgarbage ,and finally NO mORE SUNDAY SHOWS they make my butt and thighs bigger. Wish me luck because am mad as he’ll and am not gonna take it anymore.
Well come on aboard, Girl! [** outstretched hand of support**] I’ve been following this diet for 3 months now, and I have never felt better! I started out with the elimination portion of the diet for close on 2 years, but couldn’t find any real tasty replacement food. So, I ended up picking here and there at things that worked for a while, until portions started getting rancid. Finally, three months ago someone led me to real healthy nutrition (BWD’s), AND partaken in good company to boot! Shortly after that initial visit, I was directed across the way for dessert (Chippy’s) – and what a dessert it was!! ‘Honey Chile’, there’s no going back! 😆 I visit both EVERY DAY, more than once. I don’t even remember who led me to BWD’s but it really doesn’t matter any more. What matters is the food and company.
P.S. I admit that out of a sense of loyalty I still occasionally pass by one or two of the other smaller places that have good, decent cooks, but I no longer have the time to pay extended visits. Don’t want to miss the smorgasboard that’s bound to be in my new places!
Thanks, love! 😆 I do feel the loving welcome and it adds to my sense of well-being. That’s why I feel comfy enough to make an occasional joke or two in this wonderfully warm PBO corner that you have created! 😆
You’ll see results instantly. Amazing how eliminating toxicity improves well being. I am on a similar regime, my only temptation being an occassional Maddow video replay/relapse. Here’s to your new healthy regime.

I have been on the diet for sometime after regurgitating Huffpost and Politico. I feel young and hopeful from the comfort food provided by chipsticks and BWD and the company of well-wishers.
