missing bush yet?

Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi: “Today’s jobs report provides evidence that the policies of the Democratic-led Congress are helping to create jobs and revitalize our economy – adding more jobs in 2010 than President Bush did over eight years. With so many Americans still looking for work, now is not the time to reverse course.

“Republicans must join Democrats in focusing on putting people to work, instead of making their top priority repealing critical patient protections, putting insurance companies back in charge of the health of the American people and blowing a $230 billion hole in the deficit.

“Building on the progress of the December jobs numbers – marking the last full month of Democratic leadership of the House – we will continue to measure every proposal by whether it creates jobs, strengthens our middle class, and reduces the deficit.”

I love Nancy Pelosi. Now that she’s been unleashed, she’s going to be an excellent spokesperson for the Democrats. She delivers the message so innocently, hiding a sharp point behind each word. I love it! Republicans don’t know what they’ve done to themselves…

Few republicans voters seem to actually care about what they’ve done to themselves by making republicans the majority in the House. They are so filled with hate for PBO and liberals that they’re willing to flush themselves down the toilet in every way just to get some kind of “revenge” for losing in 2008. For all of their talk about wanting jobs to be created and about the size of the deficit, they vote for politicians who have no real interest in addressing these issues. They’re happier than hogs wallowing in mud that the republicans will be “investigating” PBO and his policies. I don’t want to hear another one of them scream about jobs or the deficit ever again because these aren’t the things they’re really interested in. They’re hateful, vengeful, nihilists who are more than willing to destroy the country and themselves as long as they harm PBO in some way or another. And, I don’t want to hear them ever mention again how “c”hristian” they are. I view them the same way Jesus viewed the Pharisees and Sadduccees when he said to them in the Book of John, “Your god is not my God. Your god is the Devil.”

This should become our party’s tagline “…adding more jobs in 2010 than President Bush did over eight years.”
