Well done Chipsticks.. congratulations on your many views and your growth. I only discovered you last month thanks to bwd’s site.. and am very grateful for your site. Happy New year and thank you 🙂
Thank you so much sherijr, give that BWD woman a monster hug for me – I love her, intensely!
The thanks go to you CS, as per me. Before I discovered this site, I was almost gonna suffer from a mental and emotinal breakdown due to all the vile and nasty comments about my Prez. You did come into my life at the moment i honestly needed positive news abt the prez and his admin. Gosh, what has really happened to the news outlets in the days of Prez. obama? Anyway, thanks for your uplifting posts and thanks again for this wonderful site that I make sure to visit every 30mins so as not to miss anything. You and BWD are a Godsend.
I thought I was the only one who the PL and frustrai were making sick by reading/listening to their rants and screams, Asher. As I’ve mentioned previously on this blog, it has been a lifesaver for my sanity and my nerves. I was at the end of my rope with despair from watching the aforementioned groups trash everything the president did/said. Now, I feel re-energized and ready to get started on preparing for PBO’s re-election in 2012. Had I continued to follow those other blogs, I would be thoroughly depressed and demoralized by now. And BWD, Chipsticks, Norbrook, Deniac, TiMT, Leanne, and the other pragmati blog owners/writers are the absolute BEST. They understand that a depressed group doesn’t have the fight left to wage another battle like the one we’re facing over the next 2 years, so they set out to empower us, and as far as I’m concerned, they have been very successful!
@ majji, I was really becoming sick of the rants, screams and utter lies of that bunch of grandstanding know it all “PBO base” lol. This is a dose of fresh air after a perid of suffocation. Congs, Chipsticks for your well deserved milestone.
You deserve every bit of praise that you’ve received, Chipsticks. I can always count on your blog to deliver not only a bit of good news about PBO but some pics that aren’t found anywhere in the MSM. Congratulations on the success of Chipsticks and his blog The Obama Diary!! Hooray!!
You Rock, Sticky!!!
Congratulations, Chipsticks. This is the result of doing what you love and sticking with something (in this case, someone) you believe in.
The passion you have for your subject is contagious. 🙂
Happy 2011, my friend. I hope your viewership will grow exponential this year and your positivity will spread and help heal a fractured country. If one voice can change a country, that voice is yours. 🙂
I am not an American but I too come here several times daily for some uplifting news. I have said before I am heartened by the outpouring of love and support for The President and his administration. My daughter tells me I am stalking the President but I am sure you all know how it is with a site like this and its wonderful photos.
Thanks Chipsticks and keep up the good work.

Good deal, chipsticks. Hope it continues to grow. I predict that will be the case. I like it here.
And I like you being here dotser, 😉
huh?! Huffingtonpost? I would think they wouldn’t drive traffic to a site that counters their lies/manipulations.
It’s not HuffPost itself that’s sending traffic here! It’s non-Professional Left HuffPost users who sometimes post links to here in the comments sections.
Hi Chipsticks – congratulations on your success and thank you for putting your heart and soul into this venture. I have never been much of a blogger (I don’t often have a 10 year old handy to help Grandma negotiate the mysterious ways of cyberspace). Working with OFA, I started visiting their blog on a regular basis and I also followed whitehouse.gov daily. Like many of the contributors on this blog, I had access to good information, but was getting more and more demoralized by the constant distortions and outright lies served to the public by the media and every self-righteous, hateful “expert” on the airwaves and the internet. How could it be that this intelligent, hard-working, cooperative and caring President was recognized and appreciated around the world, but not here in his own country? Then, when I started canvassing again during the last election cycle, little by little a completely different picture emerged. I had people inviting me into their homes, providing me with extra bottles of water, offering to help out as much as their busy lives permitted. They all expressed their support for the President much more enthusiastically than for the candidates on the ballot (maybe my “I stand with the President” teashirt helped). I began to realize that there is a whole universe of decent, reasonable people out there, just waiting to be called upon again. What I needed and they needed was a forum, a means of sharing the accomplishments of the administration and the vision of this great President. You, BWD and several other emerging sites are just that, and I cannot thank you enough for lifting my spirits and bringing new energy and hope to so many people. Keep it up and keep growing!
Hgerhard, I’m picturing you in your “I stand with the President” tshirt while you canvassed and I love ya even more than I already did.
“I began to realize that there is a whole universe of decent, reasonable people out there, just waiting to be called upon again.”
That is SO true, until now we’ve just made less noise than the haters on the left and right.
Let’s make it our 2011 resolution: make deafening noise in support of the President!
We’ll carry on fighting the hate, we just need to keep producing the facts.
With people like you on the President’s side, he’ll be just fine.
Love ya hgerhard.
Happy New Year Chipsticks! I hope you know how your efforts and the dedication of people like you and BWD are very much appreciated. thanks a lot for ALL you do.
even those days when I am too exhausted to comment, I take a few moments to read your entry.
this is one example of how one voice can change a community – your learned well from the Community-Organizer-in-Chief
Thank YOU Linda, I wish you love and happiness and good health for 2011.
Congratulations Chipsticks for a wonderful, positive and informative website. I know it is inspired by our remarkable President but it is also a very clear and lovely reflection of your generous and positive personality. Like attracts like, which is why so many thoughtful and caring people visit and contribute here. I hope you keep it going, and that visitors here will spread the word and keep it growing.
“..one voice can change a room. And if a voice can change a room, it can change a city. And if it can change a city it can change a state. If it can change a state, it can change a nation. If it can change a nation, it can change the world”. Barack Obama
Thank you Sue, you’re one of the reasons why this blog has become a nice place for supporters of the President to visit – thank you for everything. I’ll be here til the President’s work is done, I promise you that. Happy New Year Sue.
Have a Happy New Year all you beautiful people. My people.
Congratulations, on a wonderful blog. I found the link to this blog someone posted on Huffpost. Thank God. Because I was about through with them and some of the other left blogs. I then came here and never left. Thank you for having such a great atmosphere for us to comment and project our feelings about daily politics. And thanks for showcasing other blogs like BWD as well. I would never have found them without you. 🙂
Thank YOU Brezzydee for all your positive comments, optimism and your good heart – love ya.
Congratulations Chipsticks. I live in Canada but have been a fan of the president since 2008 before he was elected. He inspired me so much that me and two of my friends flew to DC almost two years ago and got to be part of history. This site helps me remember the feeling we had that glorious January day when we stood amongst a million plus people to see Barack Obama become the 44th president of the USA. So glad I found you. THANK YOU!!!
And I’m glad I found you Bermie! Thank you for your lovely message, my story is just the same as yours – inspired to make a very, very long journey to DC two years ago to celebrate this President’s inauguration, the greatest day of my entire life! Although…. a bit too cold for my liking! Thank you again – have a wonderful 2011.
Way to start the new year Chipsticks…..Congratz!
Thank YOU Stylishgurl!
I love this site & I love my president…. Barack Obama!!! I think I may be to blame for a good portion of those views!!! tee hee
Love ya back Donna, and your multiple visits! 😉
