Gonna watch this now; but, Chip, you should put up the clip of his smackdown of that fraud, Mary Landrieu. I just saw it and I’m still trying to pick my jaw up off the floor.

I sent this tweet after I watched it:

Any1 see Mary Landrieu 2day? Is she wearing a neck brace? http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/#40560774

    hee hee!

Oh. My. God. I somehow managed to miss Landreiu’s statement, it is just beyond belief. What a vile, cynical, two-faced, hypocritical ….. I’ll stop there.

Thanks so much for the link Hachikō, just posted it. I was never a big admirer of O’Donnell, but he’s on a roll – magnificent smackdown.

Mr. Taliban Dan says to Lawrence, “Oh please, let’s not insult each other with that kind of language…” because Lawrence told him to “be an adult.” Haha! This is the problem with this sanctimonious purists in the Democratic party. They can do no wrong. Their shit doesn’t stink and they know better than anyone what’s right and what’s wrong. Yet, not one of their asses will ever make it to the White House.

    Grrrr!!!!!

OMG! CS it’s just cause I trust you so much why I am watching these clips. I figure if you sat through them in order to review if they are obamadiary worthy then I better suck it up and watch. I gotta tell you half way through this one I was so tempted to stop…….BUT

Seeing that pundit give it to Grayson guy was amazing. This Grayson person is a tool and it’s no wonder he will not be representing FL come January. I totally see why he is willing to screw over the middle and lower income folks of America, he just doesn’t give a shit. Funny that once he got called out he started the (gop mmemed)spiel about this network this and this network that, a ploy to trash the network because his argument has been nullified.

Hey Kelly, still chuckling at ‘obamadiary worthy’ – cracked me up!! 🙂

I honestly thought those few minutes summed up the Professional Left – screw the middle and lower income people and their real lives, we ideologue purists demand progressive ‘perfection’.

      ** sigh **

I could never get excited about Grayson. His outrage always seemed contrived to me. I know there are folks that love him, but I’m just not one of them.

Me either. So contrived that I began dumping his emails to trash during the election. He had a nerve to send one out just last week, in the trash it went. I don’t take to the dramatics in what should be sensible, responsible, mature discourse in the enrichment of peoples’ lives. Spare me all the theatrics. Good riddance to rubbish!

I’m bloody catholic – You know, the daily mass going, rosary saying, novena praying sort…

I’ve prayed so hard and unceasingly for President Obama and my mum, a devout catholic, has a photo of the President and family displayed alongside that of our entire family in our private family chapel and prays a special daily novena for President Obama…(an infinitely catholic family thing!)

On the eve of the last midterm elections – in the thick of all the media dooms day prediction of a sound defeat for the Dems, I prayed that God’s will be done…

I prayed after agonizing about how a loss of any number of seats would be held and used against President Obama…At first I prayed that the Dems would keep all their seats and maybe even gain some; but that prayer didn’t feel right…

My very Godly widowed mother who has essentially adopted President Obama as the son she never had, smiled in her very calm and knowing manner as she softly reminded me as she always does when I go to visit and get all flustered and angry about the mistreatment of the President and First lady that the “Lord who put him there will see him through it and in greatness…”

I revised my prayer and asked God for His holy will to be done…to defend and help President Obama…I thanked God because He God knew best and I felt such peace afterwards…

As the results came in, I knew that it was exactly as it was meant to be…

Know this: God did not bring President Obama this far to be demeaned, destroyed or made a mockery of…

All things work together for the good of those who trust in God and live by His grace…

    Watch and see…

    P.s-

Even though I live in California, I donated to several Democratic campaigns outside California in support of President Obama…I heard about Alan Grayson on several “progressive” talk shows and thought several times to send him a contribution but for some reason never got round to it. As I now watch and listen to him and some of these Democrats, I can only just shake my head…

I agree with your lovely comment. I also have donated so much to many Dem candidates outside my state but the only one to send me and my fiance thank you cards so far is Joe Sestak. It was a heartfelt message and considering he was running in Pennsylvania but took the time to send cards down South, really makes me believe he has a good heart. I hope he tries again. As far as the rest of the Dem candidates, there is definitely a reason why so many of them could not hold their positions. They are from the same cloth as the teabaggers and obviously do not have America’s interest in mind, just their own personal agendas. Those long time Dems along with the Republicans are the reason our country has been stalled for years.

I see that we are on the same page with our prayers, Chi, because I, too, pray that God watches out for, and guides, our president in governing this nation. I do not believe that God has brought him this far only to see him become an abject failure.

Amen to your prayers. I too had to remind myself of those words your mother spoke to you constantly in the 2008 election to keep from getting discouraged but God would keep reminding me “I got this and I got him (Pres Obama)”, So now I am back at trying to remember this every day – God has His hand of favor – all over our President. He has him in this position for “such a time as this” and I am believing great things for our President and our country.
BTW – I too have a huge picture of the Obama family in my family room – LOL!!!
