A President for the ages! Thank you Mr. President!
Anybody else sick and tired of all this “Obama has disappointed us” meme on the left? I know I am!
This idea that President Obama had to reverse years of damage in 18 months and have everybody back to work including the millions who had already been out of work for 2-3 years before he was even elected, is simply ridiculous.
The instant gratification crowd of Progressives in the media has played a huge role in demoralizing the equally instant gratification base who so soon forgot what was inherited and the President-elect’s very clear message that reversing and doing away with years of damage and entrenched dysfunction in government would take time and would not be easy. Instead of doing their part in supporting the President knowing very well the enormous task ahead of him, they chose instead to fan the flames, adding layers of unnecessary burden and obstacles to an already dire situation, with their non-stop bashing and denigration of Obama.
While they keep boasting that as liberals they don’t just “fall in line” and claim to want to keep Obama accountable, most would appear to be nothing more than opportunists seeking to expand their audience with fox viewership types and maybe like their counterparts on the other side, acquire wealthy sponsors and benefactors who profit immensely from the spoils of Obama bashing. Others are just plain eternally unhappy fault-finders who will never be pleased or appeased.
Even now with the effects of their 18 month bash-fest now appearing to hurt progressive favorites such as Russ Feingold who is in grave danger of losing his senate seat, they still fail to see what many have repeatedly warned against: You do not damage President Obama in isolation with your endless, mindless, destructive rants!
Now they want to blame the fall-out from their never ending anti-Obama rants on President Obama! Incredulous!
For even at this late hour, as they now try to get Democrats out to vote, they still contradict and make hollow their rallying call with their sprinkling of gratuitous put downs of the President because they want to be seen as “fair and balanced”. How counterintuitive!
And will someone please tell the always self-serving, opportunistic Clinton hangers-on like Kiki Mclean to stop with the planting stories in the media desperately jostling publicly on behalf of hillary hoping to be absorbed in some role if they pull off their coup.
