cleveland gladiators!

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama arrive at Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport, October 17

Time: At a fundraiser for Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland and Ohio’s Democratic Party FLOTUS introduced POTUS as “the love of my life, though he doesn’t always think it. And more importantly, the President of the United States.”

He later demurred that: “It is not true that more importantly I am the President of the United States. More importantly, I am Michelle Obama’s husband, and Malia and Sasha’s father, and Michelle has put up with me through thick and thin, and I’m grateful for her each and every day.”

“So it’s fun having her along on this road trip,” he added. “You know, usually I am all by myself, and I listen to my iPod. We had a wonderful conversation on the way here (comic pause) and she’s telling me what I should do. It’s true.”

The audienced laughed.

“You think I’m joking. I’m not. I have witnesses.”

And then he laughed.

Great pictures: babies always seem to know who they can trust! Love to see the Obamas campaigning: it belies the narrative about how their supporters are disaffected. The crowds that come to see him are a picture of what is great about America: diversity, enthusiasm, hope/joy rather than fear/anger/hatred.

I owe you guys a quick word about the GOTV efforts of our amazing President and First Lady.

Just returning from the Moving Foward Rally with President and Mrs Michelle Obama just concluded on the campus of The Ohio State University in Columbus.

Oh what a fantastic day!!! Message was held in prime time on local news feeds and to quote the President, the first couple was “joined by 35,000 of their closest friends” – the largest crowd since the historical Jan/29/2009.

Ohio represented and the atmosphere was simply fantastic and serious with purpose at the same time – we danced, sang, screamed, jumped up and down and did everything similar to a rock concerts and had John Legend performing before the President spoke.

The First Lady “brought it” and she was exceptional in her introduction of her better half.

I am fired up and ready to work even harder for victory

I am going to bed tonight with a happy heart and extreme gratitude for the guist of the First Couple, those who chose to serve in elective office and my fellow human beings who work for the common good.

I’m sorry but I’m going to be a bit irreverent and write that Michelle Obama is sexy hot!!! That’s why President Obama can’t keep his hands off her –

I love the way he loves her!!!
