President Barack Obama thanks U.S. Army troops at Fort Bliss, Texas for their service. He will address the nation from the Oval Office later in the day about the combat troop withdrawal from Iraq.

    Yes!! He most definitely IS our Commander-In-Chief and a darn good one. People better recognize that this man knows what he is doing and he will carry out his plans.
