Can you believe these Republicans? Eleven people lost their lives, thousands upon thousands are suffering because of that oil leak, land and animals are being destroy, but all Rep. Barton can think about is to apologize to the very company responsible for causing this very mess. America you are thinking about putting the Republicans back in charge. Wake up! Wake up! Just think, if the Republicans were in control of Congress right now, guess who would be in charge of investigating what happen with this oil leak and the death of those 11 people? Rep. Joe Barton, that’s who. The very one who apologize to BP.

Anniebella, I share your frustration. Some in this Country are so blinded with racist driven hate that they continue to vote against their very own interests. President Obama pointed this out during the campaign and it struck me then, but now more than ever it’s becomes even clearer and entirely mindblogging.
This very decent and brilliant President is the best America will ever get – why do people not get that??

I must admit that I am frustrated, because I have watched as the media have tried to place the blame for this oil leak disaster at the feet of President Obama. They have went after him for such foohishness as not showing enough emotion. Some of these very same people who are hollowing for the Government to do something, are the same people afew months ago who were hollowing about too much Government. How we don’t want too much Government. And back then I said, that these people don’t want government, till some disaster happen then they expect government to be right there. This apology showed who’s side the Republicans are on. And Rep. Barton isn’t the only Republican to have called the President getting BP to pay up 20 billion dollars, a shakedown. The clean up haven’t gone perfectly, but I do believe this President care and he is doing what he can to help. Oil and water don’t mix, and we ought to be careful about contiuing to drill in deeper and deeper water, knowing that these kind on disaster can happen.

Hey Anniebella, the Republican response to all of this reminds me of that banner – ‘Keep Your Government Hands Off My Medicare’. Truly, they are clueless.
